Chapter 1: PROPHET MUHAMMAD’S LINEAGE
Prophet Muhammad's lineage is documented in three versions:
● The first, verified by biographers and genealogists, traces his ancestry to Adnan.
● The second version, which is disputed, extends his lineage from Adnan to Prophet Ibraheem (Abraham).
● The third version, although containing inaccuracies, traces his ancestry from Ibraheem to Adam.
––––––––
The third part: after Ibraheem Ibn Tarih (Azar), descendant of Nahur, son of Saru', who is descendant of Ra'u, son of Falikh, son of Abir, son of Shalikh, son of Arfakhshad, son of Sam, son of Nooh (Noah), son of Lamik, son of Mutwashlack, son of Akhnukh, descendant of Prophet Idrees (Enoch), son of Yarid, son of Mahla'il, son of Qa, descendant of Anusha, son of Shith, son of Adam.

The prophetic family:
The family of Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam (may Allah exalt his mention) is known as the Hashimite family, named after his grandfather Hashim Ibn 'Abd Munaf. Now, let's discuss Hashim and his descendants briefly.
● Hashim was entrusted with providing food and water to the pilgrims, a responsibility agreed upon by the sons of 'Abd Munaf and 'Abd Ad-Dar. He was affluent and known for his integrity. Hashim introduced the tradition of offering pilgrims soaked bread in broth, earning him the nickname Hashim
due to his habit of crumbling bread for the pilgrims, despite his given name being 'Amr.
––––––––
Hashim was the pioneer of Quraysh's seasonal journeys, leading expeditions both in summer and winter. He ventured to Syria as a merchant and married Salmah, 'Amr's daughter from Bani 'Adi Ibn An-Najjar, in Al-Madeenah. Spending time with her there, he later returned to Syria while she was pregnant and unfortunately passed away in Ghazza, Palestine, in 497 CE. Salmah gave birth to 'Abdul-Muttalib, whom she named Shaybah due to his white hair, raising him in her father's house in Al-Madeenah without informing Hashim's family in Makkah. Hashim had four sons: Asad, Abu Saifi, Nadla, and 'Abdul-Muttalib, as well as five daughters: Ash-Shifa, Khalida, Da'ifa, Ruqyah, and Jannah.
● Following Hashim's passing, the responsibility of providing for the pilgrims fell to his brother, Al-Muttalib Ibn 'Abd Munaf, known for his honesty, generosity, and trustworthiness. When 'Abdul-Muttalib reached boyhood, his uncle Al-Muttalib learned of him and traveled to Al-Madeenah to bring him back to Makkah. Overwhelmed with emotion upon seeing him, Al-Muttalib embraced 'Abdul-Muttalib and took him on his camel. However, the boy insisted on obtaining his mother's permission before departing for Makkah. Although initially reluctant, she eventually agreed, convinced by Al-Muttalib's assurance that her son would restore his father's authority and reside near the Sacred House.
––––––––
In Makkah, there was curiosity surrounding 'Abdul-Muttalib's arrival, with some assuming he was Al-Muttalib's slave. However, Al-Muttalib clarified that 'Abdul-Muttalib was his nephew, the son of his brother Hashim. The boy was raised in Al-Muttalib's household. Upon Al-Muttalib's passing in Bardman, Yemen, 'Abdul-Muttalib took charge and successfully upheld his people's honor, surpassing even his grandfather in his noble conduct. This earned him profound affection and respect from
