    First Counsel: Time is a Life

    O my beloved child,

    As advised by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to his ummah, his words were as follows:

    It is a sign of Allah's turning away from a servant when he constantly engages in futile matters. And if there is even a single moment of his life spent on anything other than his purpose in life (which is to worship Allah), then its explanation (in the Hereafter) will be fitting for him. And whoever lives beyond forty years, yet his goodness does not surpass his evil, then he has readied himself to enter the fire of hell.

    Indeed, the advice from the Prophet is sufficient for those who are knowledgeable.
