Deuteronomy 3:21-29
I once hoped for a new position at the organization where I worked. In my eyes, this new position was a perfect match for my gifts and experience. I was sure it would provide the opportunity to put many cherished dreams into practice and would allow me to make a wide and helpful contribution. However, the position went to someone else. Through the pain of disappointment, I had to come to terms with the frustration of not always having things go my way.
