About this ebook

What should one do when an alien chooses you to carry its offspring?

I went to that forest with the sole purpose of finding out the truth behind my father's old stories. They were always just fairy tales told to amuse children, weren't they? Yet something led me there, a strange urge.

And I found something entirely different than I expected... An alien who wants me to be its mate.

The creature is gorgeous, tall, muscular, and dangerous. I shouldn't have been turned on by the predatory gaze of those beautiful golden eyes, but it sent a thrill through me.

And when it tells me that it needs me to bear its offspring...

I'm ready to be its personal plaything.

The crisp night air teased my senses, prompting an involuntary sneeze. Amidst owls' hoots and crickets' chirps, every tree appeared identical, leaving me with a creeping suspicion that I was trapped in a repeating cycle without progress.

Frustrated, I took a moment to sit on a fallen tree trunk and catch my breath. My gun felt heavy in my hand as I set it down beside me. I rubbed my eyes, trying to shake away the tiredness.

What a waste of time, I grumbled under my breath. I knew that it was just a myth.

My father was a man who used to love telling me scary stories about the Black Forest and its green creatures. As a child, I had been terrified by the idea of walking through the dark forest and never being seen again. It had caused me to have nightmares that kept me up at night. Of course, when I grew older, I realized how silly it was to believe in something like that... Monsters didn't exist, nor did anything else that went bump in the night.

At least, that's what I thought until I
