Introduction
With me poetry has not been a purpose, but a passion.
EDGAR ALLAN POE
Poetry comes nearer to vital truth than history.
PLATO
Poetry is not an end in itself. Poetry is a vessel of truth initiated by our Primordial Author.
All literature began with the Word
(Λόγος), when God created the world (and everything in it). Literature wasn’t meant to be, and shouldn’t be, a Tower of Babel. Literature isn’t supposed to be in competition with the Word, nor meant to be an improvement of all Creation.
It is a light and lens for us to see what’s already existent. Poetry makes us see, feel, and hear the truth that was already there when the Cosmos came into being by His Word.
We read about the truth, but we feel it through Poetry— we immerse our souls in its very essence.
These books are among my various contributions for the World in its quest for the Truth.
Soli Deo Gloria.
