Why am I doing this?

Matthew 6 is by far my favorite chapter in the Bible. Now don’t get me wrong, all God’s Word is important for our teaching as believers, but there is something about this chapter. Something that stirs me, comforts me, and urges me to further my walk as a Christ follower. For me, it lays the foundation. These words of Jesus teach us how to be humble, how to pray and why we should give all our worries to God, plus so much more. Over the next six days, we will break down each section of this chapter and focus on its specific meaning for each of us. We will read, reflect and pray. We will seek the heart of God in areas of our lives that are so important, Jesus laid out instructions for us
