Well, it's a bio I've done this for some other web sites, social networks and such. My name is Ismael S. Rodriguez Jr. I'm an ordained reverend, U.S. Navy veteran, dual diagnosed, and a Grey Witch. I was born in Philadelphia, PA and now live in Oakland Park, FL. I spent eight years in the Navy and traveled around Europe. After leaving the Navy I traveled around the U.S. for a while. I'm diagnosed with schizophrenia and alcohol dependency. I have over three years clean and sober from all substances and am stable on medication and therapy. My dual diagnoses has been a struggle for me for many years, and I've been in some bad situations. I've been homeless, and have lived in different shelters, group living facilities, and on the streets. Now I live in an assisted living home.

A Thought
A thought entered my mind
It’s just a little thought
Nothing much really
But I like it
ABC’s of Purgatory
Absolution of my soul, in a swirling mass of colors
Brobdingnagian ravens peck at my eyes the answers begin to fade faster than I can conceive
Confusing me for Thanatos, the ravens delight in my flesh and my eyes those windows to my soul
Dogmatic revelations bind my spirit to purgatory, then angels proclaim in
Eloquent speeches on my behalf, from the mass of the colors edge
Fathomless in content that mass of colors caresses me
Gehenna welcomes me as I drown in a river of angel tears
Hades oh Hades the infernal regions of my anima
Irrevocable sins stain my hands, erroneous lies told to myself
Justify and rationalize my descent into purgatory while the music of a
Klezmer echoes in my mind
Libertarians proclaim my innocence
Moralizing and rationalizing until nothing makes sense
No sequitur
Oblique in nature my obituary is read, disclosing my devotion to
Platonism, without answering any real

Revealing the inconsistencies of my life
Slatrey eyeball a concept of my own nonsense, wrapped in
Tentacles of my own devising, tentacles forever
Undulating within my bowels, as I’m
Vehemently denying my downfall
While wandering through the lower pits of hell, where
Xenophobic behavior abounds, in dreams of
Yesterday’s mistakes and majestic
Zither music cannot sooth my soul
Alone
Hello...
Hello...
Is anybody out there?
Anybody...
Please...
Someone...
Anyone...
I don’t want to be alone
Not anymore
Black Friday Rules
It’s only when I realize that my wisdom
Is only nonsense
That I touch the truth of wisdom
With divine dreams running through my mind
Utopia whispers sweetly
Into my ear
Cerebellum
Fearlessly ripping through
My own cerebellum
Grasping at the last remnants
Of my sanity
Diving headfirst into a sea of unreality
Fragmented voices
Still rage in my head
Like venomous serpents
Injecting their poison into my head
I’m trapped in my thoughts
With no way out
Destinies remorse
She cries for me
But the only one who can free me
Looks back at me through the looking glass
Columns
I open my mouth,
And words come out,
Where...
Do they come from?
Where...
Do they go?
I don’t know what,
They mean.
So, I write them,
In columns.
To keep track,
Of them
Connected
I’m connected to something
Don’t know what the hell it is
But I’m connected my friend
It tells me secrets
No one else knows
It’s a voice I
