    n the vast sea of -ships, we often find ourselves navigating through the tumultuous waters of connection. It could be a relation-ship, a friendship, or any form of companionship. However, not all journeys are smooth sailing, and sometimes it becomes crucial to recognize whether the ship we're on is propelling us forward or anchoring us down.

    Imagine your life as a land you've built and call home. This land is sacred, a sanctuary for your well-being. Your body is the house you've constructed on this land, a dwelling that should be protected and respected. In this journey, we'll explore the importance of understanding your own value and recognizing whether a relationship is actually contributing positively to your sanctuary.

    I hope you understand that it's okay to burn bridges, especially if those bridges bring trolls that threaten the sanctity of your home. The bridges you build are not meant for chaos; they should connect you with those who appreciate and respect the sacred space you've created. Don't let negativity and disrespect tarnish the land you've worked hard to cultivate.

    The -ship you're on, must be assessed for its impact on your life. Is it a positive force, propelling you toward growth, love, and joy? Or is it a weight that drags you down, slowly eroding the planks that support your well-being? Too often, we become the dock that welcomes back the -ship every time it sails away, burdened with a load that becomes increasingly difficult to handle.
