About this ebook
Who haunts her bed?
"If you're seeking a racy romp for simple dripping pleasures, this book was written just for you. If you're interested in a deep exploration of Sherlock Holmes reminiscent of the original character told in an epic style, you may be disappointed. Just sayin'." ~Liz
A voice calls out to me from the shadows of my apartment. It is both seductive and dangerous, and it urges me to do things that go against everything I believe in.
Though I am afraid, a part of me is also intrigued. I begin to obey the voice's commands, and in doing so, I feel alive once again.
But the voice is more than a mere auditory hallucination. It takes on a physical form, an invisible being that enters my body until I am no longer in control.
I am at its mercy, and I realize that I need help.
I give the last of my savings to Sherlock Holmes, hoping that he can rid me of this ravishing ghost once and for all.
Warning: Contains solo F, M/f, and a heap of naughty fun.

—headline from The Daily Telegraph
I couldn’t believe it.
I tucked a lock of my long, auburn hair behind my ear and snapped the newspaper to straighten it.
This is absurd,
I said to Sherlock who sat across from me in his preferred leather armchair, smoking his pipe in the living room of our apartment at 221B Baker Street. Women don’t seem to be any better off now than they did before Queen Victoria’s edict on equal work and pay for all men and women.
Sherlock didn’t respond. His brow furrowed and his chocolate-eyed gaze remained on the floor, still lost in whatever problem he had been chewing on for the past thirty minutes. I was sitting across from him in the other brown armchair. The matching loveseat was occupied by Deerstalker, Sherlock’s kitten, who was enjoying the early afternoon sun while curled in a ball. The remnants of our tea, empty teacups and a spent teapot on a tray, lay on the sitting room table. Deep in thought, Sherlock’s high cheekbones and strong jaw seemed to frame his focused gaze. I wore nothing more than my sleeveless chemise and drawers, and that still didn’t catch his attention.
Sherlock!
He shook his head. Pardon me, Watson. My mind was elsewhere.
He stood and stepped behind my chair to massage my shoulders. I sighed and went limp under his touch. How are women not better off?
The newspaper mentions how men in power are finding loopholes in the system to keep women unemployed.
I managed to speak under his expert ministrations.
I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised, Watson.
Lord, how his fingers felt so good, squeezing away my tension. When you impose a behavior on a society that does not agree with it, it will take some time before society obeys. The first step is to get society to see the good of the change.
He reached down over my chemise and applied tender embraces to my breasts. I pressed my hands over his, pushing myself against his touch.
Mmm.
The sound spilled out of me. I just wish people would accept the queen’s command.
People need time to change.
He slipped his fingers underneath my chemise and played with my nipples. A flood of delightful tingles spread across my torso. I breathed out delight. He lifted my breasts out over the neckline and spent some time granting me special attention with his nimble hands. I moaned. The tingles drifted downward. I slipped my hand between my thighs and cupped myself.
We have a client.
He pulled his hands away.
What?
Darn. My breasts wanted more.
There was a knock. Sherlock stepped to the door.
How did you know someone was coming?
I asked.
I heard a carriage pause outside, and the driver announced our address to the passenger as though he had arrived at his destination.
My head spun a bit from Sherlock’s deduction. Such sounds from the street happened all the time. I doubted if anyone listened carefully to those sounds to predict a visitor. Anyone except for Sherlock.
I stood to greet the visitor.
Sherlock opened the door. A handsome young man with a grizzled beard and a loose, tan suit stood in the doorway. He held his derby at his waist in a loose grip. Why was his suit loose? A hand-me-down perhaps? No, it looked too new.
Thank heavens you’re here, Mr. Holmes…
His voice tapered off and his nostrils flared.
I followed the young man’s gaze to my chest. I looked down. Oops.
My face burned with embarrassment.
Pardon me.
I turned away and tucked my pups into my chemise.
Please,
Sherlock said, have a seat.
Thank you.
He sat in the armchair I had occupied earlier, Sherlock returned to his own seat, and I stood behind Sherlock’s chair.
I apologize for my state of dress,
I said and scanned him from head to toe, appreciating his appreciation.
It’s quite alright.
The young man’s hazel eyes twinkled. "I wouldn’t mind seeing you without
