About this ebook

True love calls from the water, if I can survive long enough to experience it.

When I moved to Florida, I never thought my childhood fantasies would come true, but at the first touch of salt water, something came over me.

Drawn into the water by an invisible force with intense desires, I nearly drowned. A mysterious stranger came to my rescue. It felt like fate until he walked away from my dripping wet exposed body. Yet every time I set foot in the water, I can feel his eyes undressing me.

Something in the ocean calls to me, begging to have its way with me, and my new friend won't be left out.

This quick read features a curvy heroine and two alpha male best friends, one a fated mate and the other will go above and beyond to have his friend's back. Get ready for a red-hot story that will have you wishing you could splash in the ocean to cool off.

Salt sea air whipped my hair into my face as I peeled myself out of my junker. This was the moment I’d been waiting for my whole life. Even the sweltering heat couldn’t get me down. My thin cotton dress was plastered to my legs with slick sweat, but it didn’t matter.

In seconds I’d crossed the parking lot to the shining white sand. I kicked off my shoes. Something told me my first experience with sand needed to be barefoot. It shifted under my feet, so much cooler than I always heard it was. Every time I’d read about the beach the sun was always glinting hot off the burning sand, but now it was the moon that was glinting off the sparkling water. I breathed in savoring the moment. I was alone experiencing the only thing in my life I’d ever truly longed for. A wave lapped up licking my toes and washing away the nasty cramped feeling of the car.

I’d driven 24 straight hours to move to Florida from my midwest home. Since I was a child, all I’d ever wanted was to go to the ocean and swim with the mermaids. Even after I’d learned that they were just myths, the dream hadn’t faded.

My parents had never had the money to pay for swim lessons and we didn’t live anywhere near water, but I still dreamed of the ocean every night. The first chance I’d gotten I’d left and drove as fast as I could. Now I was here, everything I owned packed in my nearly dead jalopy. I should have gone to my apartment first but I couldn’t. My soul ached. I had to see the ocean, had to experience it for myself. I couldn’t wait any longer.

The water pulled me into its cool embrace with a siren’s song that only my heart could hear.

My car’s air conditioning had broken years ago. I was overheating, but as I touched the water goosebumps crept across my body making my skin tight and tingly. The deeper I went, the more the feeling spread.

The waves lapped up my thighs like soft cool kisses, lifting my dress as it went. My mind spun, my heart hammered and then everything stilled a calm peace washed over me. My belly clenched warmly. It was better than anything I ever could have dreamed of. My panties pooled with warm liquid. My
