In reality, many of our most fundamental concerns revolve around the fear of death, mortality, and the struggle for survival, such as food security, accommodation, finances, health care, living standards, and job security.  Many key economic sectors, social services, and industries play a crucial role in our daily lives, such as food production, pharmaceuticals, security agencies, and life insurance, which all serve humanity's struggle with death and survival.  Over the course of human history and civilization, men and women have been obsessed with issues such as pain, grief, uncertainty, and mysteries surrounding death. Why did death become such a powerful reality, phenomenon, state of being, circumstance, power, and force that controls humanity, other creatures, and the environment? We answer very pertinent questions such as; What is death? What is the origin of death?    In this Volume, we examine death's legal implications and jurisprudence from a perspective of the rule of law, righteousness, and justice.
