About this ebook
Halloween used to be the busiest and worst time of the year for me and my BFF Lynlee Lincoln, but this year is going to be different… or is it?
While planning the annual Halloween Bash that's designed to keep our Magical And Undead Creatures out of trouble for the spooky holiday, a case of witch flu has me stumped. My patient is sick all right, but none of her symptoms make sense. On top of that my special anniversary plans with my mate Sandy get put on hold when Lynlee shares the news that all of our alien clients are boycotting the festivities.
Is it possible there's some connection between our shipwrecked visitors from another planet and my patient's mysterious illness?
Olivia Hardin
When Olivia Hardin began having strange movie-like dreams in her teens, she had no choice but to begin putting them to paper. Before long the writing bug had her and she knew she wanted to be a published author. Several rejections plus a little bit of life later, and she was temporarily “cured” of the urge to write. That is until she met a group of talented and fabulous writers who gave her the direction and encouragement she needed to get lost in the words again. Olivia’s attended three different universities over the years and toyed with majors in Computer Technology, English, History and Geology. Then one day she heard the term road scholar and she knew that was what she wanted to be. Now she “studies” anything and everything just for the joy of learning. She's also an insatiable crafter who only completes about 1 out of 5 projects, a jogger who hates to run, and she’s sometimes accused of being artistic. A native Texas girl, Olivia lives in the beautiful Lone Star state with her husband, Danny and their puppy, Bonnie.

The Werevamp Diaries - Olivia Hardin
Prologue
Rhiannon leaned against the far wall, waiting for Sandy to get her a drink. For amusement. she was listening to the conversation between her best friend, Lynlee, and her human boyfriend, Beck.
Vampire,
she told him when he questioned with a point of his finger.
He pinched his brows in puzzlement. How do you know that? He’s kind of pale, but I didn’t see any fangs.
Rhiannon almost chuckled when she saw the exasperated look on her BFF’s face. Not him, her. I thought that’s who you were looking at. She’s the vamp. See how she’s sniffing at him and running her tongue over her lips? She won’t release her teeth until the moment she’s ready to feed. Also, see the mirror against the wall? No reflection.
And him?
Just a regular human. Probably her lover. Lots of vamps have long-term relationships with human lovers.
Is that woman sick or something?
Rhiannon raised her eyes and peered through the crowd in the direction Beck was focused.
No, she pretty much always looks like that without her makeup on.
The woman, Miranda, had a greenish complexion. She raised a black-tipped finger to her nose and scratched. No one would know it, but those nails weren’t painted black. Her kind just had black fingernails.
A witch?
Alien.
Shut up! There’re aliens? Why didn’t you tell me that?
Now Rhiannon did laugh, covering her mouth as she hurried off so they wouldn’t know she’d been eavesdropping.
What are you up to?
Sandy asked as he handed her a glass.
Lynlee’s educating Beck on the aliens.
Oh.
He glanced off into the crowd. There are a few of them here, aren’t there?’ You know, maybe you could answer something for me. I never understood why it was so imperative that they stay on strict birth control.
Oh, that? Well it seems their kind have a very complicated gestation process. They have to live underwater in a methane-concentrated lake or something for the month or so before birth. We couldn’t guarantee a way to accommodate that. and since they knew they’d been shipwrecked for at least a century or so, the only solution was birth control.
Wow.
His mouth was open slightly and it only made her want to kiss him. Instead, she popped a hand under his chin to close it.
Wanna dance?
His grin sent little tendrils of heat swirling through her limbs. "I thought
