In addition, the New Testament has been interpreted from a Greek and Western context, leading to disaster on a monumental scale in understanding the original intent. A major portion of the Word of God, whether examined from the Tanakh [Old Testament] or New Testament, concerns the coming of Messiah, the seven years of trouble, and the judgment of the righteous and the unrighteous. Prophecy, especially in the New Testament, was written in Hebrew using phrases from the Festivals and the Temple.
