About this ebook
I'm not your typical author; I'm a tradesperson who has a passion for exploring the world. In November 2023, I'll be turning 73, and yet, I continue my annual adventures to Europe aboard my trusty Fatboy Harley Davidson. My story begins back in 2013 when I was approaching my 63rd birthday.

This is a true story.
HABEAS CORPUS is a legal term, meaning,
Habeas corpus, or the Great Writ, is the legal procedure that keeps the government from holding you indefinitely without showing cause. When you challenge your detention by filing a habeas corpus petition, the executive branch must explain to a neutral judge its justification for holding you. Habeas corpus prevents the King from simply locking up subjects in secret dungeons and throwing away the key. It’s been a pillar of Western law since the signing of the Magna Carta in England in 1215.
I did not know about this until I read about it in prison. I asked my legal advisor about it and was informed I couldn’t apply for this as I was already in prison awaiting trial, I should have asked when in the police station before being sent to prison to await trial.

About me
I worked as a mechanic after leaving school for 15 years, I left the trade and went driving trucks through Europe for 10 years. I gave that up and started my own transport business at home, everything was good I love traveling and enjoyed my time in Europe driving for a living a good way to see how other countries worked. As in those days, there were still borders some were efficient and some not so efficient, you learn to be patient and careful. I am writing this in the hope that what happened to me will make people aware of what can happen to you within our European community.
I have been as far afield as the Philippines and Zimbabwe on holiday. Shortly after I came home from driving through Europe I
