Rosemary Foley grew up in southern Connecticut with three sisters, including Darby Lynn. She holds a BA in Biology Education and has developed her expertise in photo technology by completing advanced photography courses at a local college. She used these photo editing skills to create the illustrations for opposites. She has also published a short story in Brio Magazine and has had her photographs used in a local newspaper, a magazine, and on the cover of a music CD. The mother of two children who are now grown, she lives in northern New Jersey with her husband and enjoys taking pictures, making beaded jewelry, and gardening, delightedly finding many animal friends hiding in her yard.
