The graveyard was very calm and quiet. There were some big trees around the graveyard and birds were chirping on the trees. The dried leaves on the ground were blowing around by the wind. Prasanth entered the graveyard and walked slowly towards Supreya’s graveyard.

Prasanth was fifty years old but he looked young and smart as he didn’t have much bald head and he always do work outs to keep himself fit. He had a trimmed beard and was wearing blue jeans and white t-shirt and he had glasses on. He starred at the graveyard.

It was written Supreya on the graveyard and her date of birth and death date was written down her name. He looked at her name and his mouth whispered, Supreya, if you had married me, your death would not have been like this... you had gone so soon... I wanted to marry you, but you never had the courage to say I love you to me... why did you die at your young age...? what happened to you on that day...

He didn’t want to leave the graveyard as he had so many questions to ask her... and she couldn’t talk to him as she was dead... he had to find out what had happened to her on that day.

CHAPTER - 1

Supreya and Prasanth were school friends. They were in the same class. In those days boys and girls don’t talk to eachother. Supreya was pretty and slim and her eyes were attractive like a cat and skin like snow white. She was gentle and softspoken and Prasanth was the first handsome boy who looked at her.

She never knew the feeling how it would be if a boy looked at her. When Prasanth looked at her she got shy. she experienced a wonderful feeling when he looked at her. When the class was going on she noticed Prasanth was looking at her and she was happy that a handsome boy liked her.

Supreya’s friends told her Handsome boy loves this pretty girl... she saw him secretly when she was with her friends and she noticed he was looking at her and she hide herself behind a friend with a shy smile.

Supreya like going to school everyday. she loved her school and was excited to see Prasanth everyday. Prasanth always waits at the entrance of the school under a tree to see Supreya. They would see eachother at a distance and she won’t look at him as she passess by him, but she knew he was looking at her and she felt very happy as he looked at her.

And when the school gotover Prasanth would wait for her until she finished her laboratory class. When Supreya came out of the lab her eyes were looking for him and she was happy as she saw him waiting for her.

Supreya rode her bicycle home with her friends and he followed her on his bicycle with his friends. His friends teased him, hey Prasanth your girlfriend is going... and whenever his friends see Supreya in school they would shout Prasanths name aloud and Supreya would run into the classroom with a shysmile.

Supreya had some friends in school but she loved to look at Prasanth and she talked a lot about him to her best friend rhea and then rhea started to look at him and admired him. Supreya got angry on rhea as she was looking at her boyfriend Prasanth. She noticed everyday rhea was looking at him and one day she found rhea and Prasanth smiled at eachother and she cried. Supreya looked herself in the mirror when she cried.

Prasanth understood that Supreya was upset and worried about this and he started to ignore rhea though she looked at him and smiled at him. He smiled at her as she was Supreya’s friend and he don’t want to do anything that really hurts Supreya. He liked Supreya not her friend rhea. He wanted Supreya to know that he loves only her not her friend and Supreya was happy and got a confident that her boyfriend Prasanth wouldn’t look at any girls anymore.

And rhea stopped looking at Prasanth as he ignored her and avoided her. When Supreya went back home she didn’t like to change her uniform, she admired herself in the mirror in her uniform and then she sat on a chair by the window and was glancing outside and she saw Prasanth passed by her house on his bicycle and he smiled at her and she smiled back at him and she looked at him through the window until she could see him.

And everyday she sat by the window of her room as she cameback from school and would wait to see him. She enjoyed looking at him at a distance and her face was beautiful as she was thinking of Prasanth all the time.

Supreya was at the backside of the school with her friend rhea. And she didn’t understand why rhea suddenly went away from there and then she noticed Prasanth was coming towards her. Supreya turned back as she was so scared and she could feel his breath as he was standing very close behind her... Supreyas heartbeat was fast, her hands and feet got chill... she was so thrilled to be with her dreamboy Prasanth and she didnot know why he had come and what he was going to say.

I love you Supreya... said Prasanth softly. Now Supreyas heartbeat was very fast and she started to pluck the leaves of some plant that is around and threw the leaves on the ground. Prasanth waited for her reply but she didn’t talk to him. And Prasanth knew she was so scared, he didn’t want to scare her more, so he left the place with a smile. Supreya loved him somuch but she was afraid to express her love to him. So she was quiet. She wanted to talk to him a lot but the shy, fear, a kind of uncomfortableness didn’t let her to talk to him.

She sometimes talked to Prasanth’s friend kanna and he came and asked her, Prasanth wanted to know what’s your reply...? she kept quiet... tell me Supreya, do you love Prasanth...? he wanted to know... Supreya didn’t know what to say. She was also afraid if she said No, Prasanth might stop looking at her. So She left quietly.

Supreya was happy as Prasanth was still looking at her romantically and smiled at her secretly... that was a wonderful feeling she had experienced in her school life. Prasanth tried to talk to her, but she never talks to him. Supreya liked to look at him and smile at him but afraid to talk to him.

Oneday Prasanth asked her if she had her breakfast, she didn’t respond him. And he was annoyed and ignored her for couple of days and then he realised that she was feeling sad and he started to keep looking at her and smiling at her. He knew she loves him but scared to tell him. So he waited for her until she says I Love you, to him.

CHAPTER - 2

Supreya and rhea were sitting under a pines tree in the playground. And Ramya came to see Supreya... she is Prasanths friend, but she is in different section.

Hi Supreya, I want to talk to you!

And Supreya wondered what she was going to say. First Ramya hesitated and then said, Supreya, Prasanth fell in love with you and he wanted to know your reply. He knows you like him but he wanted you to tell him and he’s bit confused whether you are loving him or not as you are quiet. He sent me to ask you... if you are not comfortable to talk to him you can tell me freely... Did you fall in love with Prasanth?

Yes! said rhea and Supreya was nervous and quickly said No

Supreya looked at Ramya and didnot know what to say. She was so scared and nervous and had a kind of fear inside and didn’t know how to come out of the fear and express her love to Prasanth. Rhea held Supreyas hand and pressed her fingers to say YES. But Supreya was silent.

Can I take your silence as YES! asked ramya.

Hey, please give me some time. I’ll let you know later.

Prasanth really wanted to know now. Please say YES or NO!

I don’t know... I’m confused... please don’t disturb me... I want to go back home!

Ramya smiled at her as she left the place. Supreya wasn’t nervous after she had gone.

You got a chance, but you missed it. You could have told her... If you had told her, she would have told Prasanth and he would know how much you love him! said rhea.

I am afraid rhea... I don’t have the guts to express my love to him... I get nervous when I look at his face and also I’m scared to give him a love letter... when I get enough courage, I would tell him, I love You!

At that time you would be a grandma...! said rhea and both laughed together.

Their school life came to an end. Everyone got Autograph from their friends. All the students got close to eachother at the end of their school life, those who didn’t talk to other girls started to talk to eachother and be friendly. All the girls got autograph from Supreya and she also got autograph from her best friends. But she didn’t give her autograph to boys when some boys tried to get her autograph.

Supreya was with rhea in the playground and they were talking about how they became bestfriends. When they joined the school, they get to know each other, liked each other, loved, care for eachother and they promised that they should continue their friendship till the end of their life.

Rhea slowly got up as she was talking to Supreya.

Where are you going?

And she saw Prasanth was coming towards her.

I think he wanted to talk to you... talk to him freely... im going!

Hey, don’t go rhea... stay here... Iam scared to be alone... but Rhea ran to her classroom.

Supreyas heartbeat was fast as Prasanth came close to her and she turned towards a bush and she could feel he was standing behind close to her.

Hi Supreya, we are going to depart... atleast today please tell me If you love me are not? I would like to hear from you... I couldn’t understand what you are thinking unless you open your mouth and tell me!

Supreya got nervous as he sounded like a man and her fingers were chill.

Ok, I’ll be waiting for your reply until you tell me... don’t be scared. and she nodded her head. ‘I want your autograph Supreya, please put your autograph in my diary...’ he gave his small diary to her and now she became more nervous and was afraid that he might blackmail her with her signature so she kept quiet. Prasanth stood there for a while and then said, I don’t know when you are going to talk to me and really don’t know why you’re sacred so much?

She thought to herself, I’m a girl Prasanth, so I’m afraid of everything... you are a boy, you have all the freedom... you’ve lots of courage to do anything that you wanted to do...
