About the Author
Foreword
I have been blessed to walk in close friendship and brotherhood with Pastor, Albert Sama for over 15 years now, beginning with our partnership in his home country of Burkina Faso. Every experience has been rewarding and fulfilling because of his devotion to Christ Jesus and the mission of the gospel. He truly is a pastor of pastors, a friend of friends. He challenges me personally to never stop being who God says I am.
His book, Success in Ministry: Keep the Secret, Secret
is a timely word of caution, correction, and direction. Faithful men and women of God lose their way in life and ministry due to sharing too quickly and too broadly the secret things God is speaking to them. We live in a time when leaders are competitive even when it comes to insight and wisdom of God. We want to be the first to hear the word and the first to share the word. Prophetic ministry is often covered in layers of flesh and vain glory.
Pastor Sama opens the scriptures for the biblical examples of Sampson, Samuel, Elizabeth, and Mary. Each was given personalized messages that were to be kept. He highlights the dangers of sharing secrets and the invaluable wisdom of keeping the secret, secret. Enthusiasm and haste in sharing the secrets of God, leave us vulnerable to unnecessary attack, which often leads to great loss that sometimes is difficult to regain.
My prayer is that this book will find its way in the hands of Christian leaders all over the world. This book has greatly impacted my life and ministry. Future leaders must hear and apply these truths and in turn avoid many pitfalls

By this, I am delighted to extend word of gratitude to my parents K Paul Sama and P Pauline Kabore who tirelessly traveled to birth in me the love of Christ. Your effort is not in vain. This would not be a reality without your constant covering and encouragement.
I would take opportunity to appreciate and thank my dear spouse Justine and my kids for their cheering and patience which meant the world.
My gratitude goes to Annie Wolf for keeping the first manuscripts for years and helping type them. Thanks to Timothy Williams and to Pastor Darrel Auvenshine for taking time to review and make valuable suggestions.
Thanks to Dametra Stevenson, Pastor Jeanbaptiste, pastor Charles Sawadogo, pastor Patrice, pastor Sekou, apostle Joseph Murray and Kevin Legendre, to Roland Ouedraogo, to Dominique Zongo, to our dear mother Helene Zongo, Rickey Don Reaves and to Southside city church and to the Peniel Transformational Ministry Wonderful team for permanent checking and encouragement.
To everyone who has supported me in multiple ways, I pray shower of Blessing upon you. You stood for it. And it came to fruition. Let me quote 1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
