About this ebook

The concept of "truth" is an abstract approach to your life; how you navigate your survival in searching for peace will depend on what is and is not valid. First, you must determine where your truth originated. Is the truth you believe or live by, yours - inherent to you, or is it something you have been taught? "Your truth" must be the foundation of your being, This truth has to resonate with you, it will be the very fabric of who and what you are. When something resonates, is it an emotional response or a knee-jerk reaction? Is this Feeling equivalent to a spiritual acknowledgment causing honesty and integrity in your life, making you feel whole, unwavering, and unquestioning? Is this truth yours and yours alone, or a concept you share with everyone? And is this truth black and white or are there shades of gray that cause you to wander? These questions must be answered before success, happiness, and peace can be acquired and appreciated.

Some thoughts to ponder:

People tell you things they don't consider lies, but they aren't true either. Everyone hears the truth as it pertains to their own interpretation. Perception is your Truth but not truth as known by science and substantiated by fact. Where do you go from here?  How do you determine what is right and true for you? Is this truth innate, perceived, or acquired through logical deduction? What line of truth must be there for you to adhere to the concept or story? Is everything on the 5:00 news trustworthy, is everything on the internet true? What are the shades of black and white that pertain to you?

Every person is different, not just in appearance, but in the way they think, and how they understand how specific issues might be presented to them will be filtered through their thought processes. We might call this their shades of gray. But not black-and-white scientific or fact-checked. These can only be determined through their own "Truth." Which is based on themselves as a whole. Despite all else, date, time, and specific place of birth will be your filter, your truth, and your ability to understand and comprehend what is accurate and true to you.

It's easy to take the path of least resistance, but better options are always available. As Albert Einstein famously said, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Unfortunately, we all sometimes fall into this trap as history repeats itself. That's why, armed with the knowledge you will now have, it's time to make informed decisions that lead you toward a bright, prosperous, and thriving future.

Our parents taught us what they knew, which was invaluable then. But times have changed, and so has your understanding of the World. So it's essential to focus on what you want and go after it. Visualize your goals, claim them, and make them a reality. I understand that everyone has their unique path in life, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution. But for those who have found their course, I encourage you to live authentically and be guided by your Truth. And for those still searching, I wish you peace.

    What it Means

    TO LIVE YOUR TRUTH

Life, the experience we all share, can sometimes bring about conflicts, upheavals, and confusion, even in the simplest things. You may feel like you have it all together and are flowing through life smoothly until something unexpected happens - a phone call or a letter in the mail - disrupts your peace. You may suddenly find yourself facing an issue that requires your attention to restore the peace you once enjoyed. Your life has been significantly disrupted due to factors such as family, neighbors, regulations, or an environment beyond your control. Acknowledging these disruptions and taking action to regain control of your life is essential. Not taking action will only lead to chaos.

As you proceed, you will encounter challenges that may jeopardize your peace and tranquility. Establishing and enforcing personal boundaries is essential to prevent others from overstepping them. Will you choose to confront each battle or ignore the warning signs? At what point does someone else's problem become your responsibility? When does an issue they're facing become something you need to resolve? The notion of Truth is subjective, and how you navigate your survival in seeking peace will depend on what you consider valid and vital. First, you must determine where your Truth originated. Do you believe the Truth you live by is inherent to you, or is it something you love? The foundation of your being

must be based solely on your Truth, one that resonates with you and is wholly and unequivocally integrated into your being. It will become the very fabric of who and what you are. When something resonates, is it an emotional response or a knee-jerk reaction? It is you - the feeling equivalent to a spiritual acknowledgment, causing honesty and integrity in your life, making you feel whole, unwavering, and unquestioning, without a doubt. Don't be afraid to speak your Truth. Is it unique to you or shared by others? Do you confidently believe in its black-and- white nature, or do the shades of gray push you to question it? These essential questions must be answered before you can fully attain and appreciate success, happiness, and peace.

People tell you things they don't consider lies, but they aren't true either. Everyone hears the Truth. There are a few things to think about. People sometimes say things that they don't realize are not true but also are not lies. Everyone hears the Truth as it relates to their interpretation. Your perception may be your Truth, but scientific fact may not support it. So, what do you do next? Perception is your Truth but not Truth as known by science and substantiated by fact. Where do you go from here? How do you determine what is appropriate for you? Is this Truth innate, perceived, or acquired through logical deduction? What
