About this ebook

MTHFR. No, it's not a cuss word; it's a genetic variant that has been making steady headway into the public awareness. Unfortunately, it is also creating a lot of questions.

If you're feeling completely overwhelmed or confused by the available resources, this book is for you. Written in an easy-to-navigate question-and-answer format, it addresses the questions most often asked by "MTHFR newbies," so you can feel more confident moving forward -- whether in taking action or in doing further research.

    A Note to the Reader

Ihesitated to write this book, because others more authoritative than I have already written on the subject.  In fact, Dr. Ben Lynch’s Dirty Genes is excellent and I highly recommend it!

However, a number of people expressed the desire for something even simpler and more introductory, for those just dipping their toes in the water on this subject who would be overwhelmed by more information at this stage (and aren’t even sure if they need or want more information yet).  Boiling health information down to its bottom line and translating it into everyday language is my thing, so I hope you find this more helpful than derivative!
