This book, The Miracle Kit behind the Power of Prayer, offers an analysis of a mystic ancient form of prayer that manipulates subtle cosmic energies through ancient techniques of yoga science and religious rituals that are not understood in today’s materialistic modern science. The mystic prayer technique that this book is advocating uses the spoken word, along with positive imagination and visualization to invoke and harness this power of cosmic energies or pranas. This book goes into detail on the ancient science for manipulating the five major pranas that flow through our subtle bodies and gross physical body.
The technique also uses pranayama techniques, an ancient method of breath control that allows man to control the flow of prana that enters and exits the body’s psychic centers (Chakras). The prayer technique also incorporates mudra yoga that assists the “prayer practitioner” in sealing and redirecting pranas so that they can be impregnated with a mind substance that has the purpose and direction of the intended target.

A STATEMENT FROM THE AUTHOR

T HIS BOOK IS for the serious student of metaphysics, the student who is looking for reasonable clear answers for enhancing their efforts towards Spiritual development and being able to give greater service to humanity. This book is an attempt to show the potency of the advanced mystic knowledge that went into this simple yet complex mystic form of prayer using several ancient systems of yoga and ancient rituals of the Hindu, Buddhist, Jewish, and Christian religions. In analyzing this mystic prayer technique, we can clearly see why it takes several forms of yoga science and various forms of religious techniques or rituals to effectively manipulate the subtle energies of prana into radiating Spiritual energies.

This book outlines the personal miracle kit that everyone walks around with, which allows anyone the opportunity to easily perform this mystic prayer technique. This Mystic Prayer Technique is performed in three major parts.

1) The technique is designed to utilize the mind in a controlled state of consciousness, which includes exerting strict control over your feelings, emotions, all five senses, hands, arms, and legs all concentrated on pulling down subtle energies into the etheric mental auric structure and physical body.

2) Once these energies are within the etheric mental auric structure, they are then impregnated with purpose and direction of the prayer, all while using the various Hindu, Buddhist yoga techniques, and various Christian, and Jewish techniques.

3) Then in order to project these impregnated subtle prayer energies, the technique uses the principle sciences of Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Mudra Yoga to successfully move these subtle prayer energies to its prospective target.

CHAPTER 1

Introduction to the

Mystical Techniques of

Prayer Using Prana

T HE PURPOSE OF this book is to explore several of the mystical techniques of prayer that utilize the power of prana (the vital life force of nature / the universe) to bring about positive results. This book also analyzes the metaphysical science behind these mystical techniques of prayer, which utilize the knowledge of several belief systems and methods to manipulate the all-pervasive power called prana. A true Mystic does not hold himself to any one single religious belief system or religious culture; they embrace all truth wherever it might raise its head. The technique of mystic prayer that we are exploring, and hopefully introduce to a broader audience, is a prayer technique that clearly has Christian components within it. It also has Buddhist and Hindu components within its methods, all of which make this mystic prayer technique work and produce tremendous results. This mystic technique of prayer utilizes specific knowledge of prana and the subtle bodies; the power instrument that stands behind the physical makeup of man. The Mystic understands that this physical world is built on a subtle universe of absolute power that extends from the one source, the almighty God (The Absolute Itself). We will dwell a little more on this concept later to show how this power manifests itself throughout nature and the physical body.

The Receiving and Transmitting Instrument

The brain of man is seen by the Mystic as a receiving and transmitting instrument for man to command and manipulate mind substance and various flows of pranas (cosmic energies or the vital life force of the Universe) and variations of the five major and minor pranas. The mind substance referred to here is man’ mental bodies, the mind substance that enters and exits the body’s Chakras.¹ This mind substance, which is an aspect of the Auric structure and housed by the auric body because it makes up the mental envelop that surrounds the physical body and holds all the mental impressions of man’ thoughts and actions. The pranic flow that is referred to here is the natural flow of prana that permeates the Universe, Galaxy, Solar System, Earth, and the physical body, all moving in a pattern that expresses five major pranas and five minor pranas. The control and manipulation of this power is done through the technique of this mystic prayer method. The physical body is utilized as a transponder for the impregnated power to be projected out to the targeted or intended object of the prayer. The ancient metaphysical science that surrounds speech and the invocation of speech is used in this system. Also utilized are the ancient, mystic hand gestures and body movements that seal, redirect, redistribute, increase, and project prana in this mystic prayer method. I will show the metaphysical science used to design this mystic prayer technique. The Christian component of this mystic prayer technique is the invocation of the prayer, the spoken words of a balanced prayer that expresses the purpose and direction of the prayer energies. Most Christian prayers are delivered with feeling—passionate love and reverent respect, pleading to God to bring forth the desired effects of the prayer. This technique uses the Christian approach to make the method of prayer passionate but dynamic. The mystic element to the Christian component is the underlining direction of the energy produced from the prayer and the mastery of combining it with Buddhist and Hindu techniques of controlling Spiritual energies. That is the unique quality of this mystic prayer designed by Dr. Sri Yogiriji George King.²

This book will attempt to give an analysis of a prayer technique that was given to me as a child by my father, who received the technique from an international mystic order, The Aetherius Society. They published several documents describing this technique in a booklet titled Dynamic Prayer Brings Results and in an audio lecture also titled Dynamic Prayer Brings Results delivered by Dr. Sri Yogiriji George King, the founder and President of the Aetherius Society. Another outstanding little book that introduced this mystic prayer method is The Twelve Blessings, also written by Dr. Sri Yogiriji George King and published in 1958 by the Aetherius Society. It is my belief that an analysis of this technique will reveal the deep mystical science behind it, giving you the ability to produce tremendous subtle cosmic power that can be used to relieve pain, anguish and to change environmental conditions. I will show how this simple technique of prayer was devised from the knowledge and understanding of an ancient complex mystical science of mind, body, and Prana³ (cosmic energies). This book will attempt to unlock the door to these secrets and look into the mechanical aspects of this ancient science. It will also show how these carefully devised prayer techniques were designed for mankind. It will show the complex yet simple prayer rituals and prayer techniques that can have a tremendous impact on our environment and lives.

Why Prayer?

Prayer is an ancient ritual that has been used throughout the centuries by mankind to make a reverent petition to God, or to another object of worship that may be closer to God than himself. Religions use it as an act of communion with God, or with Divine Deities of worship, such as in devotion, confession, praise, or thanksgiving. The Great Mystics throughout history knew the secrets of prayer; they understood that there was an unlimited source of divine power, an endless source of all-pervasive cosmic energy that permeates throughout the universe and is available there for everyone’s use. They also understood that their physical and subtler bodies were capable of being used as divine instruments for this power; their minds, voices, and actions were the directive force over this all-pervasive cosmic energy. Prayer is the hallmark of all races, cultures, and religions in the Spiritual world. It is something that every culture can understand, and it breaks the barriers of race and religion, especially during times of crisis. Prayer is something that everyone can do and can do effectively with proper practice. It allows man to tune into the power of the Absolute (God) and surrender his whole body, mind, and Soul to its power, becoming a channel for this power to be released into the world to uplift, guide, and promote world healing on the physical, emotional, and mental planes of Earth. This makes it a good karmic⁴ stabilizing technique because it utilizes the whole body, mind, and Soul under the direct purpose to release Spiritualized energies. Why prayer? Because it is man’ birthright to raise his voice in request to God and ask that this divine power flow through him and be directed out to his fellow man in order to heal, uplift, guide, and protect. When we do this, we move closer to God and live a more natural life. The most powerful beings in the Solar System, the most respected people, and the most gracious people, are those who serve God’s creation unconditionally. The Sun, the most powerful being in the Solar System and a sacred instrument used by God to produce life and maintain it within the Solar System, does this job of service unconditionally every second of every minute of the day, three hundred and sixty-five days of the year. The man that stands up and gives his life in service for mankind is that man who walks down the greatest most balanced pathway to GOD. Later in this book, we will go into how this method of radiating cosmic energies will allow you to be of greater service. This will yield great results when practiced regularly. Also, it will enhance man’ intellectual perception over his mental faculties and create a greater connection between his higher subtler bodies to the higher frequencies of cosmic energies and mind substance that radiates through the psychic centers (or Chakras).

A Brief Mystic Understanding of Prayer

To the Mystic, prayer is more than just worship and devotion; it is a method of becoming part of a divine rhythm that permeates all of nature. It allows Man to place himself in a state of mind where he performs all Spiritual actions. A position that allows his mind, body, and Soul to be in total unison while performing the divine action of receiving and transmitting cosmic energies for the purpose of relieving mankind of various ills (such as: sickness, crime, bad environmental conditions), and to uplift the mentality of all mankind, among many other things. With the correct practice of this form of mystic prayer, the practitioner becomes part of the Divine Rhythm or Drum Beat that sustains God’s creation.

The purpose of prayer, to the Mystic, is to call on the all-pervasive subtle energies and to pull these subtle energies down into Man’ mental-auric structure, where these subtle cosmic energies can be impregnated with the purpose and direction of the prayer’s target. Subtle energies, under the proper mental control of a focused mind, can become the powerful ingredients of the background fabric and sustaining power for any situation, be it a mental, emotional, or physical environment. The impregnated subtle energies with the mental impressions of the prayer’s purpose become the intelligent signatures of the flow of prayer energies being projected, and will take on the job of modifying the background fabric and sustaining power source of any situation. This is essentially done by the prayer practitioner choosing a target for its prayer, then using the mystic prayer technique to pull on the subtle cosmic energies and bring them through the mental-auric-structure to be impregnated by the will, purpose, and direction of the prayer. These subtle cosmic energies are then projected out of the body using the mystic prayer technique to the targeted person, place, or thing. Once the impregnated subtle energies reach its target, it saturates the target and the immediate surroundings. These projected prayer energies that saturate the targeted area become energies with concentrated intelligent signatures marked to become megabits of extra-sustaining resources to bring about the prayer results. This all happens within the framework of God’s Laws. While performing the Mystic Prayer method correctly, the person who is praying becomes a divine point of consciousness under karmic authority. When the prayer practitioner’s full concentration and complete actions are all directed toward the goal of generating Spiritual energy by this mystic-prayer method to its intended goal, he or she begins to operate (in part) as the great Adepts and Masters for this brief moment of unselfish action, radiating Spiritual energies to the world.

The Mystic knows that for this brief moment, his physical body, etheric bodies, subtle auric bodies and several levels of his consciousness are all tools employed by his will towards the goal of creating the action called Prayer. He realizes that his physical body is linked to an etheric counterpart that has over 200,000 etheric subtler nerve ganglia that make up the Nadi System and this Nadi system has dozens of vortex centers called Nadi knots, or Chakras. These Chakras are vortex centers that receive and transmit the cosmic energies and mind substance that make up the visible and invisible atmosphere in which we live. This Nadi system defines several different categories of Chakras: minute Chakras, minor Chakras, and major Chakras. The combination of the Nadi system, and Chakras within the Nadi system, bring into being several levels of consciousness that mankind works through on the subtle and gross manifested level of consciousness. The magnetic pressures, within the Nadi system and Chakras, create a pull on the universal mind substance and the all-pervasive cosmic energies that help to bring about a manifestation that dictates a state of consciousness that operates on three primary levels. These levels of consciousness can be described as the super-conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the conscious mind. Each Chakra is a miniature brain center and process center for involving and evolving the universal mind substance (Chitta) and cosmic energies (prana). It is the interaction of these Chakras (or vortex centers), that creates the configuration patterns for producing the vibrational levels of the subtler bodies and astral bodies that eventually give life to the physical body. Once the gross physical body is manifested, it is the thoughts and actions of man that continue to place karmic limitations on man’ evolutionary development. By overlooking this metaphysical science, man has placed himself at the bottom rung of the ladder of evolution for humanoid species. His lack of right thoughts and right actions has caused (or cost) him thousands of lifetimes and served to create a negative base atmosphere on the astral and physical planes of existence that we pull on in order to build our environment.

Now you may be thinking on how this Nadi system and Chakra system can have such an effect on our surroundings. You must realize, as the true Mystic knows, that behind the matrix of the Nadi web system are the two great manipulators: the Soul (The I of Man) in its manifested and unmanifested state, and the unmanifested Spirit (the I Am of man) that works through the Soul. In other words, the Soul wraps this Nadi system around itself, which appears to be or is described as, a complex web matrix that totally surrounds the manifested part of the Soul. Now behind the Soul is That Divine Spark of God within, THE SPIRIT. Therefore, this Nadic matrix can be called the body of the Soul since these Nadis⁵ are sonic vibrational beams of etheric subtler sound and light substance that the Soul used to build
