To create a better world, we must take personal responsibility and elevate our own vibrational energy.What do I mean by this? Well, living an energetic feel-good life is about embracing the vibrant energy that flows through us and radiating it outwards. It’s a choice to embrace joy, positivity, and enthusiasm in everything we do. By doing so, we move closer to a healthier and happier self.
Recognizing that we are life itself, intricately connected to everything we interact with, is significant. There's nothing more crucial than grasping this concept. Waiting and hoping for life to change merely distracts us from the present moment, where life unfolds. It's our responsibility to take action, consciously shaping a fulfilling life that brings excitement and adventure into each day. Our recognition of this truth is our genius—we have the ability to shape our personal timelines, aspirations, and choices, creating the path to lead the life we truly desire.
Our actions are the catalyst for changing the low vibrational energy that permeates this planet. Building a lifestyle that's filled with energy is the key to achieving this. Do you want to feel healthier, full of energy and love? Do you crave excitement, adventure, and the freedom to explore your curiosity? Do you want a life of abundance and prosperity? When we talk about vibrational energy, we're referring to the energy in our bodies that radiates out to the world. Everyone can feel someone's energy. You know that person who walks into a room with a big smile, attracting everyone to them? Or that person who walks into the office on Monday morning with a gray cloud hanging over their head? Let’s be honest, no one wants to be around that person.

Vibrational energy is a fundamental aspect of our existence, yet it is often overlooked in our daily lives. We tend to focus on external factors such as relationships, jobs, and money, neglecting the importance of nurturing our own energy. While a cup of coffee may provide a temporary boost, imagine feeling energized and ready to tackle the day from the moment you wake up. By elevating your vibrational energy, a.k.a. living an energetic, feel-good life, you can attract positivity, creativity, and love into your life.

It's important to note that everyone's journey will look different. The goal is not to conform to a specific lifestyle but rather to find what works best for you. By building these concepts into your daily routine, you can elevate your energy and experience a fulfilling life.
To get started, we must first build your personal timeline. Envision the life you desire, spanning from the present moment to the furthest point you can imagine for yourself. Take a moment for introspection, considering your past experiences. Identify patterns and contemplate where adjustments might be beneficial. Evaluate what is functioning effectively and what requires modification. Reflect on your mornings—how do you feel upon waking? Assess your energy levels, happiness, and fulfillment. Do you have clarity about your aspirations for tomorrow and the days thereafter? Addressing these queries will foster an understanding of your current timeline.
It's perfectly acceptable not to have all the answers immediately; there may be definite changes that need to transpire. You might find affirmatives in some areas while identifying aspects of your life that you wish to maintain. The objective is to shape the timeline you desire using the framework of the Feel Good & Shine On® Lifestyle. This marks the initial step in crafting a roadmap for your journey toward heightened vibrational energy.
Let me share my personal experience with you.
I realized that I needed to make a change in my life. I knew that I wasn't living authentically and that there was another way. I began to think about my old age and the end of my life. What did I want to be physically capable of doing? Where did I want to be? Who did I want to be with? How did I want to feel? How was my mind going to work? What did I want to look like?
Contemplating these questions, I found myself caught between two scenarios. One depicted my current existence, saturated with low vibrational energy and a potential unhealthy future self. The other revealed a vision of how I could be living. The moment I envisioned a thriving version of myself in my 80s, a transformative switch ignited within me. I elevated to a higher frequency, embracing a timeline of my own choosing—an existence designed for me to truly live.
My new timeline is all about feeling good and shining on. It's important to visualize your whole timeline from start to finish before you create it. Visualize and dream big of everything you want to do, have, or seek. Feel like you have already accomplished this timeline.
For example, I see myself at the end of my life having done everything I want. I have spent months traveling in Patagonia, sitting on mountain tops and soaking in the beauty. I lived in the Basque Region of Spain and enjoyed every meal while learning to speak a new language. My work created a positive change for this planet.
I ran ultraraces, and my body felt great. I took risks and put myself out there. I did not shy away from challenges. I prepared myself financially. I surrounded myself with a loving, supportive, and caring family—my daughter, who is thriving in life and my husband, who I enjoy spending my time with. My health, energy, and physical body supported everything I wanted to do. I had many adventures full of new experiences that I loved deeply.
Precisely, by writing down my goals and visualizing them, I began to optimize my energy and attract the lifestyle I desired. I could feel the positive effects in my mind, body, and spirit.
Now, I invite you to take a moment to firstvisualize your own timeline. Imagine that you have already experienced everything you desire. Use all of your senses to fully immerse yourself in this experience. Can you feel the excitement and relief? Do you have goosebumps on your arms?Now, write it down, draw pictures, add photos, make notes, add goals, dates and numbers, and anything else you could possibly imagine. This is going to be your personal timeline, and the freedom it brings will be immeasurable.
Once you have created your canvas, it is time to start building the lifestyle that will allow you to maintain this energetic feel-good level and live your true self. For me, this lifestyle is one of love for all living beings on this planet. I love myself and all of my experiences, as well as nature and the beauty of the world around me. I also feel a deep connection to the collective energy that we all share, and I strive to spread love to every human on this planet.
Through practice, I have learned how to generate my own energy and no longer rely solely on medicine to feel good. I can move my energy around my body and into every cell, and I can even pull energy from the earth and sky when I need it.
While I look forward to the epic adventures that await me on my timeline, I do not place a deadline on achieving them. Every day is a new adventure, and I am grateful for the opportunity to experience it all.
I maintain a high vibration by living in the present moment and avoiding negativity in all forms. My focus is on self-care, including clean eating, daily exercise, spending time in nature, staying hydrated, meditating, and laughing often. I release any negative emotions or stagnant energy from my body, allowing me to live a life of abundance in all areas, not just financially.
My daily routine is centered around keeping my body healthy and my mind sharp, allowing me to have more time in my day to be productive and creative. I no longer waste time procrastinating or worrying, and instead, I am inspired to learn new things and set intentions that I see through to completion.
As I look out my window, I see the world in a brighter, clearer, and more beautiful light. This newfound freedom allows me to be productive, creative, and playful, bringing joy to my heart and soul.
