Investing in the Florida real estate market has several advantages over many other states.
The state of Florida has year round warm weather which helps the state's population to continue to grow. In 2022 the Florida population grew by over 300,000. That's 300,000 potential home buyers or renters!
Florida is one of the top vacation destinations in the world, which increases your chances of success with a vacation rental property.
When it comes to Tax Liens, Florida has some of the highest interest rates in the nation, that can reach upwards of 18%!
In Florida, tax liens usually have the priority position over other possible liens on a property.
With the combination of the Florida population growth as well as a affordable housing shortage, the potential for profit in Florida is greater than in most states.
In Florida many Tax Lien or Foreclosure Auctions have either no or low minimum bids so there is a low entry barrier to being an investor.
