      Dear Friend,

      Welcome to Probate Real Estate Investing, The Ultimate Guide To Buying and Selling Probate Real Estate. This book represents years of hard work, experience, and marketing tests to give you only the best strategies that work onto find deals on a consistent basis.

      I wanted to take a moment and let you know what to expect from this book.

      First of all, this is not a theoretical fictional book. These strategies and stories are all from direct experience in the world of probate real estate investing. I do not have a PHD in real estate from a prestigious university and I will not be able to give you 100 different theories on the real estate market.

      What I do have is practical experience from doing numerous deals and continuing to do deals to this day. There will also be opportunities throughout the book to go deeper in the content and gain access to additional real world probate content in the form of training videos, classes, and any inevitable updates I will be making to the book.

      Second, this is a business book for implementers. The way this book is set up there are going to be practical action items in every chapter so you know exactly what to do in setting up a probate real estate machine in your area. You will get tons of ideas that you can use to grow or start your real estate business in this unique niche.

      Third, this book was not created to be a NY Times Bestseller or win any awards for writing. While I could have easily made this book 50,000 words and hired a team of editors I decided that this book would be a straight to the point, real estate investing guide, that was created to help you to start doing these deals as soon as possible. There is not a lot of fluff in this book, we dive right in to the good stuff when it comes to finding probate deals.

      Having said all that, if you like what you read from the book, or at least the majority of it I would absolutely love to hear from you and find out more about you.
