I write both fiction and nonfiction. As of write now, I only have one how-to book about real estate published on smashwords. If I write a how-to book, I can assure that I am very knowledgeable about the subject. I also like writing fiction to take my mind and the readers mind on an imagination journey. I will be adding more books to my library in the future to come. Most of them will probably be fictional because I love to stir up my imagination. But every now and then I love to share my knowledge with the world in a how-to book. Soon, I may write about physical fitness because of the passion I have for it and to help others get into shape.
