    Over the last 5 years I have dedicated myself to learning and mastering the off market real estate world. During that time, I’ve done numerous deals, worked with some of the top deal makers in the country, and seen firsthand the amazing profit potential of off market properties, including making $35,000 on my very first off market deal.

    I’ve now been fortunate to teach other investors and deal hunters across the country on how to consistently find these off market opportunities that I share in this book.

    I will say that I did not get to where I am in the off market world overnight.
