ABSTRACT:
In this study, we investigate arousal-activated adaptation towards pathologically reactive behaviors in human subjects by validating three experimental conditions: (a) unmonitored screen exposure [necessary inclusions: bias-based violence, incestuous/pedophilic pornographic imagery, disjointed clips of extreme emotional affects {rage, bliss, terror}], (b) consumption of addictive stimulants, refined [for immediate absorption {e.g. cooked or extracted sugars, syrups in water, bleached flours} ], and (c) control scene:
traumatic event[s], encroaching extinction.
