Description

HOW are we already at 100 episodes!? It feels like this show started just yesterday, but at the same time, it’s hard to imagine what my life was ever like without it. Most importantly, I have to give the biggest thank you to you guys. My pajama friends. Those of you who have been here since episode one, those of you who are just starting to listen today…it’s not lost on me what a privilege it is to be in your ear and get to tell you all my secrets, to commiserate and laugh with you each week. You guys are the coolest – the most emotionally intelligent, and strong, and getting to know you through our DMs has been the most fulfilling thing - I'm so damn grateful for it every day. I’m crazy about you guys, and I’ll save the rest of the mush for the episode.

Now onto the good stuff…

This week I roped Catherine into uncovering a childhood memory most of us experienced… and maybe even would rather forget. We uncover the truth behind “playing house”, the suppressed memories, cringey experiences, and what the role we played says about us as adults. Additionally we chatted about bad Venmo behavior, texting etiquette, and the universally terrible experience of being told you look like (or act like) someone else…

YOU ARE MY PEOPLE AND I ADORE YOU. Thank you for 100 episodes.

Titles in the series (100)

Tell Me About It is the podcast manifestation of all the “off-the-record” conversations we’ve had with other women about things we’re taught to stay silent about -- from stumbling through our twenties, rejections, heartbreaks, fertility struggles, mental health challenges, mistakes, and the cringey shame spirals that keep us up at night. Host Jade Iovine and her guests challenge the idea of social media perfected lives and get very real about all the less-than-perfect and inevitable shitty moments we all go through. Tell Me About It is here to remind us that we’re not alone… and that the women we constantly compare ourselves to ALSO have lives that are far from perfect.
