The mind is an essential part of the human body that should not be disposed of unused.

"If you think the mind is too small to comprehend, store, and process enormous information,

    put it to the test."

    Preface

One Friday afternoon about 5:30 p.m., I went for a walk in Sharon Woods’ Park. As usual, I go to the park twice or thrice a week for a walk, jog, or to sit by the pond and enjoy nature. Each time I was alone in one of these three places, I made sure to have a notepad or a piece of paper and a pen to write down what I was thinking at the time

In this book, I have presented a few thought-provoking reflections on several issues confronting
