Poetic Lessons
The San Diego Bay
San Diego has a bay. It nestles up to the land, leaves it wet, and cool to the touch.
On a hot day, down to the bay, I go. I feel the cool breeze from the wind, and I sit for the day;
to enjoy fresh air.
When my mind has cooled, the wind has chilled, and the sunset is near.
I’m in a good mood, what a nice day at the bay.
Time to make my way; to home I go….
What World
The goings on of things from the world are just too much for me.
I’m like a child; I’m too busy being me.
I’m sheltered by bliss; what world?
Best of All
The man with the great mathematical mind solves all the math problems.
The child who was so strong they can lift 8000 pounds.
The woman who can hold her breath in the water at a depth of 800 fee t, then glide back to the surface with ease.
You can’t do anything beyond your skills and limitations. You can’t be anything you want.
So raise your natural limits, live well, and train hard; "study your field of endeavor.
Your skills you achieved;" to others you’d seem to be the Best of All.
We call it love
You’re here, my beautiful woman; you save me from the intrusion of isolation.
Our time together; "the ambiance of you, and I, together in the world of love.
Our choice to choose each other down the road of life, while in love with each other cause no one else will do for us.
A sweet journey we live by;" to care for someone, and to be cared by that someone, we call it love.
The Sun Dress
How nice you look with your dress you chose today.
Your sun dress; it flows when you walk, it glows from your
personality.
Your sun dress, clinging to you from the wind; a clear glass
window, of snugness, against your beautiful style.
You look as sweet as the most beautiful day spring or summer has to offer.
How do you look? Well, let me say; you look like the love of my life, wrapped in love.
