I dedicate Grace Living Among the Morning Glories to my husband, Craig, whose encouragement inspired me to write this devotional book, and my prayer warrior mom, Gladys Boggs, whose sixty-plus-year ministry changed my life, as she introduced me to my husband. She demonstrated her appreciation for my writing through frequent phone calls and gathering for coffee at her home. My husband's unending love for me is evident by the way he treats me, and I am in awe to be happily married ten years to a godly man, whom I respect.

I want to dedicate this book also to my best friend, Gena Silva, who edited and typed most of this manuscript. Our twenty-plus years of friendship are more like sisters, and I could not have accomplished this book without her help.

Introduction

I first became aware of God's presence at the early age of three, but one of my most incredible realm of God's presence came from my heavenly experience when my son was five years old nearly thirty-two years ago. I was accustomed to reading my Bible early in the mornings, and I was reading in Revelation 21:2 when John witnessed a vision of the holy city coming down out of heaven. I was meditating on the scripture; when I opened my eyes, the same vision happened to me. The heavenly city glowed with brilliant colors of gold, and the glory of God filled my living room. I was in awe of the splendor and majestic colors when, suddenly, a scroll appeared and unrolled with the words to a song on it called Run to the Roar. I quickly wrote the song down and later put it to music, and it is on my CD called Voyager of Hope.

I have had several experiences with heaven, and one in particular revealed millions of flowers and morning glories swaying in a gentle breeze, and I marveled at their
