Chapter 1: The Idaho Fraud

MY NAME IS JAMIE M. Burke, and the events I’m about to discuss started a few months after I got married on August 12, 2017. I discovered major fraud perpetrated against me by several organizations, including the state of Idaho, Valley Vista Care of Idaho, Safe Haven of Idaho, Rehabilitative Health Services (RHS) and RHS Medical.

Because of these organizations’ major fraud, the injustice done to me for years, and the organizations using me as their guinea pig without my knowledge, I lost my children. The state of Idaho, under Governor Brad Little and former Governor Butch Otter, has retaliated against me using their justice system.

The reasons I say this will become clear. In 2017, I had a little argument with my husband, Simon, about whether I should look up certain people from these organizations who had violated my human, civil, and constitutional rights. At that time, I was on social security disability due to my mental illness and learning disability.

When I looked them up, I found that the public officials who had worked for these organizations were fake and that Valley Vista Care of Idaho, RHS, and Safe Haven of Idaho had carried out major fraud, not only against me but against the U.S. federal government and other people. The major fraud had gone on throughout the years around my Idaho Medicaid, Medicare, and social security checks.

When I reported this to the state of Idaho, they failed to investigate and had done nothing about it, so I suspected and assumed that the state was involved in the fraud.

Here are the individuals from the said organizations who did me wrong and were involved in major fraud and corruption. Keep in mind that Valley Vista Care of Idaho and Safe Haven of Idaho are assisted living facilities where I was ordered to live by the courts while I was on probation.

I suspect that Rich Neu, the state of Idaho’s mental health court coordinator out of Twin Falls, Idaho, and the mental health court knew that the Valley Vista Care of Idaho facility in Antelope Creek was a possible human trafficking ring and they were perpetrating major fraud and human rights violations using unlicensed administrator Trenna Bowhay.

There is a list of people I know screwed me over:

Jenice Flores and her boyfriend, Robert Lua

JENICE AND ROBERT USED the Twin Falls, Idaho, justice system to brainwash my daughter who was Mariah Reanna Cummings, but I guess ever since she turned 18, she changed her name to Mariah Flores Lua.

During my time in prison, while writing this book, I felt that my daughter Mariah was turned against me by Jenice and the state of Idaho. I also felt that Jenice and the state of Idaho unnecessarily kept my special needs son, Eaon Cummings, away from me.

Jenice and the state had done this for years. I suspect that Jenice used Judge Roger B. Harris to commit perjury in court and get her way. When I went to Texas, I found out that Jenice may possibly be in the Florencia cartel, and I also suspect that she was having a sexual affair with Judge Harris so she could have her way in the court system.

I suspect Jenice has been assisted in her major fraud and corruption by Trenna Bowhay/Bowass and that she has carried major corruption, such as possible drug trafficking and possible fraud, with her boyfriend, Robert Lua.

Maricella Flores Lua

THIS WOMAN GOT IN THE way of court-ordered visits I was supposed to have with my son, Eaon. When I went to visit my son, Maricella and her Wicked Witch of the West mother, cartel bitch Jenice, were deliberately late for the court-ordered visits with Eaon. I felt cartel bitch Jenice would retaliate against Eaon if my son even showed me, his mother, any emotion.

I suspect Jenice and Robert would beat him. I witnessed this at the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church in Twin Falls. After one of the supervised visits, I had followed the bitch Jenice to her car to make sure my son was alright, and I witnessed cartel bitch Jenice mistreating Eaon just because he gave me a hug.

I knew that the corrupt Twin Falls cops would not do anything because, in my mind, the Twin Falls police were on this cartel bitch’s side, and I still believe that to this day. I also couldn't tell my former attorneys at Fuller Law Offices, Greg Fuller and Dan Brown, because they would have sent me another threatening email and would have gotten pissed off at me.

I still suspect and believe that cartel bitch Jenice was also screwing my attorneys, Greg Fuller and Dan Brown, to get her way in the custody case. What a slut, in my opinion.

Judge Campbell

IN THE CUSTODY CASE, bastard ass Judge Calvin Campbell, a Twin Falls County judge, instituted a no-contact order between me and my daughter, so I couldn't communicate with my brainwashed daughter. Judge Campbell knew parental alienation was going on, and he failed to do anything about it.

The reason Judge Campbell placed this no-contact order was because I had told the truth to my daughter, Mariah. I had sent a text to my daughter with the medical records and proof that she had died shortly after she was born, but God had used the doctors and nurses to resuscitate her and bring her back to life.

Because I had texted Mariah that proof, cartel bitch Jenice had decided to bitch about the truth about the medical records, and when I had looked up County Judge Calvin Campbell, or as I like to call him, Judge Campbell’s Soup Kitchen, there were five different Twin Falls judges named Judge Calvin Campbell.

From the research I had done on Judge Calvin Campbell’s Soup Kitchen, I suspect and believe that he is and was a fake judge. What an abomination!

I also believe the judge committed parental alienation on me with cartel bitch Jenice through what he did with the no-contact order, which is against state and federal law.

Judge Roger B. Harris

THE NEXT PERSON WHO screwed me over was Judge Roger B. Harris out of Twin Falls. He had also used his unlawful restraining order, which the cartel bitch Jenice took out on me over our text messaging argument because she was carrying out parental alienation, telling me I couldn’t see my kids anymore over her worthless ass boyfriend Robert Lua, who is a drug and human trafficker.

The cartel bitch had also used the restraining order to commit perjury in court, and the corrupt, bastard-ass Twin Falls Judge Harris had let the perjury slide. All this injustice within Twin Falls is proof that the Idaho justice system in Twin Falls was, and still may be, corrupt and in bed with drug/human trafficking cartels.

Trenna Bowhay

ANOTHER PERSON WHO has screwed me over was Trenna Bowhay, or in my mind, Trenna Bowass, who thinks she's so great she should have a bow on her ass as a prize for nursing home corruption. Well, in my opinion, she is not great, to say the least, and when Lucifer's wife gets thrown in the lake of fire, she will burn, along with the worthless bow on her ass.

Anyway, this Trenna Bowass bitch thought it would be funny to do major fraud and embezzlement through my Medicaid card, Medicare card, and social security checks for the five years that I was at the corrupt, human trafficking, assisted living facility Valley Vista Care in Antelope Creek.

I ended up in assisted living after the Twin Falls screwed me over in their mental health court system. The corrupt, fake judges at the time had decided to send me to Valley Vista Care’s human trafficking facility in Antelope Creek, run by unlicensed administrator Trenna Bowass.

This Bowass bitch had also stolen my identity and violated my worldly human rights and my American constitutional rights, as well as those of other residents living in Valley Vista Care.

Trenna Bowhay/Bowass was an unlicensed administrator who had been working at Valley Vista Care of Idaho. It was located at Darlington/Moore, which was 30 minutes away from Mackay and 30 minutes away from Arco.

I suspect the Bowass bitch was doing major fraud and embezzlement with then-CEO, now former CEO of Valley Vista Care, bitch ass Sandy Kennelley. I believe that bitches Trenna Bowhay and Sandy Kennelley were involved with the state of Idaho in this major fraud and embezzlement, HIPAA violations, and human rights and constitutional rights violations for years and years, and they had gotten away with this.

John Koelsch

ANOTHER PERSON WHO screwed me over was John Koelsch, who was, at the time, a drug and alcohol counselor for RHS. I don’t know if he still is now. It was rumored that John Koelsch was also involved in the major fraud, and Koelsch also supports registered sex offenders.

I remember there was this registered sex offender in our group named Dan Hout, and Hout was being touchy-feely, which I and three other women didn’t want. When we complained to Koelsch, he did nothing about it. I also remember Koelsch asking clients who were in his drug and alcohol group at RHS to do his job without pay. I
