About this ebook
Your personal identity describes who you are, who you aspire to be, or who people perceive you to be. The majority of us have been told in our lives at one time or another that we can be whoever or whatever we want to be, but what happens when someone else makes that decision for you without your honest consent? Advisory
This book is about me, not the edited version of me to deceive you as if I am an angel because I am not.
I am a human being. A real human with an imperfect life, I have made many mistakes throughout my life.
At some point in our lives we all have been disturbed and lost with or without guidance; so when you read this book you get the good, the bad and the ugly truth about me, not the imaginary version of what my life could have been.

INTRODUCTION
At times we go through certain situations and circumstances because we are in the right place at the WRONG time. God made us all individuals and blessed us all with a unique purpose.
The purpose appointed ascends from the essence of who you are emotionally, spiritually and the faith God has in you to fulfill your purpose. Many are called, but the chosen are few. For this reason, some work arenas are more diverse than others for example, baseball players vs. basketball players.
You wouldn’t want a baseball player that knows little about basketball to start the forward position for the Detroit Pistons in a basketball game unless you want the Pistons to lose.
Skill and experience is needed, you want to make sure the game is played correctly so you must have patience and appoint the right person with the right skills and experience. Many were called, but the chosen are few.
Therefore certain individuals were put on this earth throughout our history, to enhance civilization, technology, and change laws such as:
Martin Luther King Jr
Albert Einstein
Malcolm X
Nelson Mandela
Nat Turner
Consequently, I was put on this earth to free the modern day falsely accused sex offender slaves
.
The worst charge throughout world history, worse than being charged with murder, even worse than death itself. It is difficult to endure and I do not wish to see this frustration and pain on anyone who doesn’t deserve it.
The pain of being a falsely accused sex offender
is such a heavy burden to bare, it causes some people to take their own lives because some people feel death is an easy way out and it may as well be, but I am here to let you know that you don’t have to choose death.
I am here to fight for my people that are afraid to fight, I’m here to fight for my people who are not able to fight for themselves, and I’m here to fight for my people who do not know how to fight.
I will go to war against the SYSTEM for my people and I will not stop until I see change, and if the SYSTEM puts me down, the world will remember who I am and the fight will go on.
THE BEGINNING
On May 28, 1982 in Hollywood California Hospital I, RoShawn C. Evans was born to 29 year old David Evans and his baby’s momma. Shortly after my birth, my mom abandoned David and fled to Flint, Michigan to raise me alone.
I witnessed a lot as a child growing up in Flint; domestic violence, gang violence, alcohol, drug abuse, police brutality and discrimination.
For example:
Domestic violence: I grew up seeing women being beaten, whether it was a woman on the street, a woman in my family, a woman that was a friend of the family, and even my mom. It seemed like my mom had it the worst, she would get smacked down right in front of me for almost anything.
Alcohol abuse: It seemed as if everyone were alcoholics, people drank on all occasions: funerals - births - graduation - birthday - anniversary - holiday - different day - new day - rainy day.
Drug abuse: I have literally watched people openly smoke crack in public. I also have a few people in my family who do lean, powder, cigarettes, liquor and even smoke the good ole weed (in my personal opinion weed is not bad for you but I won’t in to that right now).
Gang violence: In the 1980’s Flint was out of control; Crips and Bloods (blue and red) took over and ran everything and in 1982 Flint took the number one spot for the murder capital of the United States; and per the F.B.I list of murder cities, Flint stayed in the top 5 for many years to come. This broke up and divided a lot of families in the Black community because of a choice of gang colors.
Police brutality & profiling: Police have been beating, killing, and setting people of color (POC) up for failure and legal slavery since the 13th Amendment was passed.
The 13th Amendment was passed in 1864 after the Civil War, this Amendment
abolished slavery and involuntary servitude EXCEPT as punishment for a crime.
I remember watching Rodney King get beat down on live T.V. This wasn’t the first time that law enforcement brutally beat a person of color it was just the first time it was caught on camera and broadcasted on television.
Profiling is the number one cause of POC becoming legal slaves from mass incarceration.
Now when you centralize or contain uneducated families in an environment overloaded with gangs, corrupt authorities and law enforcement the family unit is destroyed and the city becomes run down and dangerous.
As a child I became paranoid because of the constant sound of gun shots. I would go to bed every night
