I would not have made it this far without the help of my Brother’s and Sister’s who happens to be white and they don’t look at the complexion of my skin as being black and their skin white. Black’s have made it to this date because of the help received from European or White individuals who are true Believers of the Word. To blame an entire race of people for inhumane actions such as Slavery, Hatred, Bigotry, Racism and etc. that is defined as a Culture of behavior is wrong! There were more White individuals who fought side by side with our ancestors to defeat this negative Culture. The freedom of Slaves and Integration probably would not have happened as soon if it was not for the help of faithful individuals. Stop hating on another race because of the Culture of their ancestors. THIS HATE MUST STOP! Preface

This manuscript was written originally in 1991 and most recently updated to hopefully educate, motivate and inspire others to focus on meeting the needs of our Comm-Unities that are being destroyed daily by cancerous behaviors. We must advocate LOVE for our brothers and sisters of all complexions. To make a difference it will take a counterpart and it could be a Southern Good Ole Friend or an honest individual of European origin to again be on the battleground. I must admit, if it was not for my friends or acquaintances who are not Black I would not have accomplished many of my goals. Just as yesteryears, it took people like them to stand by our sides during the struggle. Realizing that there is a need to create Leaders and Role Models through direct education to mobilize conscious thought patterns of critical thinkers, it was placed as a weight on my heart to achieve this as a goal that will help facilitate in the restoration of our targeted Population and Comm-Unities. There are many Europeans/Whites who have over the years given their all including death to help our cause for equal justice. We as a Black people did not accomplish the many goals without their help and it is identified in this book to provide History.

I am presently 68 years of age and I attempted to get many Democrats who held key positions to assist me with an issue during the years of 2010-2013 to no avail. I was advised by several Democrats and a few Republicans Influential individuals especially one individual that the Democrats will not help and if you were a Republican it will get resolved because We Republicans help one another. People may look at my Glory but do not understand my Story. My matter was resolved after attempting to resolve for three years with no help from any Democrat. Every Democratic person either told me, It can’t be done! or Don’t worry about it! I support individuals Democrat or Republican who I believe are attempting to do things in the best interest of every good citizen that have a Christ-like, good conscience and good intentions. I had a person with a Ph.D. to group me with the Culture Republicans. They are not my friend and they definitely don’t know my Story. I believe this person does not know their history and they are just a Block Voter without desiring a change from the point of do nothing. POINT OF INFORMATION: If one Party is in a controlling position, it would be wise to be a door keeper than standing on the outside complaining about getting nothing done. Switch and be the Change!

During the year of 2016, I believe on April 7, 2016, I heard former President Bill Clinton defend his 1994 Crime Bill 3-Strikes Out that led to a surge in the imprisonment of Black and Browns to increase the prison population and Hillary referred to anti-crime, anti-gang, anti-drug people as Super Predators who need to be brought to heel. Super Predators! I looked and listened to this clip of 2:02 as a recording dated 1996: Hillary Clinton on superpredators (CSPAN) Keene State College Keene, New Hampshire with 927K – several years ago over and over again on my phone. She wanted me to vote for her. Their bill as it appears to this writer targets people with my same skin tone who sells vs the ones who secures to transport by use of their planes, trains, ships. The Prison Ship is a modernized Slave Ship and after release they have a felony with minimal hope. With this felony they cannot get a good job to support themselves, their families or vote. Not being able to vote they do not have a voice and the Democratic Party continues to attempt to gain my loyalty of block voting just because it appears they are working in my best interest. Did Bill Clinton say he regretted signing the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act into law because it contributed to the high incarceration rate of black people for nonviolent crimes and from his words made me reassess my thoughts, but I will continue to support true Christian minded politicians who are willing to put God back into the U.S. equation and not the Culture Evangelicals who use the Bible to justify their deeds of destruction. As disheartening as it is, it is this writer’s belief, the Clinton’s Crime Bill continued the Destruction Our Black Communities and supports Privatized Prisons with the targeting of our youth. I don’t think at the time when now President Biden crafted the Bill, former President Clinton instituted the Bill and now Vice President Harris initiated the Bill that Black and Brown were primary target but they did have a desire to Prevent Crime in the Black Community. The end result was the SELLOUT OF BLACK AMERICA. It might not have been intentional but it happened and needs to be correctly addressed hopefully by President Biden through an Executive Order. President Clinton was in Office from 1993-2001 and I originally called him Our 1st Black President. My belief’s are based on past News Clips, Articles and/or Websites that challenged my mind. Next it was President Obama but, after reviewing history it was President Jimmy Carter who didn’t waiver as our President. Hillary in her quest for Presidency was in dire need of securing the Black votes to win in 2016 and only now after she and her husband were confronted about the 3 Strikes & Out Bill, she was willing to change this law her husband enacted with the support of Democrats and some Republicans. Former President Obama had the opportunity during his two terms to address the law in the manner it was enacted by former President Bill Clinton but as of this noted date 07.02.16, he only addressed it at the federal level instead of using Executive Orders. The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 is a disaster as it relates to our population and Hillary Clinton stated as reported by Factcheck on April 12, 2016 reported by Robert Farley as it relates to increasing incarceration were a mistake. Also in this report it is noted, Vice President Biden was the chairman of the committee that had jurisdiction over this crime bill. In this same writing let us again note, U.S. far outpaced the incarceration rate elsewhere in the world, and that high incarceration rates have disproportionately affected Hispanic and Black communities. He was in on crafting this bill. The same people will argue and say they wouldn’t let him do anything. I beg to differ because he could have used Executive Order’s" to make law his agenda’s as he has done. If #45 used Executives Orders and understood the process, I do believe President Obama understood also. What laws in the history of the U.S. has the Democratic or the Republican Parties passed since 1965 in the best interest of Blacks? Black’s are loyal Democrats without loyal representation. There are more people in prison in the U.S. than any other county in the world. The Bureau of Justice Statistics 1994 reported, 1.05 million prisoners were held in state and federal facilities and there were 6% of all black men in their 30’s were in prison, a rate 6 times higher than that of European men of the same age. As of 2022 there are 2 million prisoners incarcerated in our jails and prisons with an increase of 500% over the past 40 years as per sentencing project. Nothing has changed for the better! This infuriates me.

What Make America Great Again! means to like minded individual Black People after years of documented injustices, slavery, discrimination, racism, bigotry, murders, inequality, targeted, abused, misused, segregation terrorist attack reference Tulsa – Black Wall Streets and etc. Does it really mean returning to the past I have previously described to the Jim Crow Era or become more Patriotic? I have experienced some of the past that is described and I have had an opportunity to live in the present as well. This past is so dark they do everything possible to erase or distort the truth identified as history. How can someone Make America Great Again when it has a dark demonic past history as previous noted in this paragraph as well as defined in Critical Race Theory (C.R.T.)? It will not be Great until it rectifies all of the past documented injustices against the Indians, Blacks and/or Indigenous People as well as ask for forgiveness from the people of whom have been unjustly harmed by making of amends through reparation as promised, Kneel to God and ask God for forgiveness then maybe then will America ask for forgiveness for the wrong injustices that have transpired. America is definitely a GREATER COUNTRY than many of our other Countries around the world. I am glad to live in America. We have more freedom in.

This book is not written to promote or promulgate any prejudices or biases in any form or fashion but it will provide informative information using E3 -Educate, Encourage and Empower to promote Brotherly Love and Harmony between all ethnic groups so that we may work together as Brothers and Sisters in unison through our Lord and Saviour. I serve a living God who has a Son and he is the Saviour of the world. If you don’t know Jesus-Yahshua (Hebrew) –Yeshua (Aramaic) it is time for you to have a personal experience with Him and know Him for yourself. Let Jesus take control of your life right now. I am asking you to accept Him as your Lord and Saviour right now. Give yourself to Jesus for today is not promised to you.

Gen. 1:27 God created us in His image; male and female He created them. We are a Tri-part Type Being. "Man is Spirit, that lives in a Body that possess a Soul." We who believe in God (African, Asian, Black, Caucasian, White or etc.) Religion (Baptist, Jew, Methodist, Muslim or etc,) are Brothers and Sisters. There is only One Race and it is the Human Race. We are People of Color. We are Colored People united without Bigotry, Hatred or Racism! I’m tired of all of this Bigotry, Hatred and Racism!

Statement of Facts

During the year of 1991 as well as serving as a volunteer in the Brevard and Seminole County areas, I felt a need to help improve the living conditions for our Children, Senior Citizens, Single Mothers, and endangered Black Males of our CommUnities. The Governor appointed me to serve on the Board of the Seminole County Housing Authority as a challenge due to the serious physical and financial conditions of this Authority as a NeighborHood. "NeighborHood represents the Ghetto lifestyle and Comm-Unity represents Common People Coming Together to Unity for Progress through Effective Communication. This word NeighborHood identified its condition as the Hood" with atrocious living conditions stricken crime. These NeighborHoods are blighted areas identified within cities and counties that are intentionally overlooked with possible grant funding being used in other areas. H.U.D. monitored this location in Oviedo and was in the process of closing the doors. It was our goal to change the mindset and appearance from Neighborhood to Comm-Unity.

I accepted this appointment by the Governor. A few months later, I accepted the position as Chairman of Seminole County Housing Authority with the help of another board member Mrs. Flossie Gilbert (deceased). The Authority had many serious violations and H.U.D. made a decision to close by refusing to fund due to serious health hazards the same week I was selected as Chairman. I immediately requested H.U.D. to give us one week to develop a Plan of Action and this included contracting with Orlando Housing Authority with an Executive Director with experience in administration and securing grants. The Community Development Block Grant (C.D.B.G.) afforded us the opportunity of building a new sewer plant, remodel all homes, eliminated all crime and drug activity with the assistance of Seminole County Sheriff Department. Our plan improved the over all living conditions of each family and built community pride. It was our desire to change it from a Neighborhood into a viable productive Comm-Unity. We as Board Members, identified a spokes person for the Comm-Unity, appointed her as a Board Member, identified the stakeholders, connected with Seminole County Governments and contracted with the Orlando Housing Authority. Observing the leadership of the Sheriff it led me to the initial development of this book Reclamation and Rededication through Synergistic Unity. Crime and gang activity was addressed as well as reduced with the help of the Sheriff Department and all stakeholders.

Through this relationship, we had the opportunity to accept another challenge to address the needs of the Windwood Community located in Seminole County between Altamonte Springs, Casselberry and Longwood, Florida to reduce crime and gang activity. Our relationship with a former Sheriff and a former Seminole County Commissioner helped us to gain the necessary committed support of the County to reduce crime and drug activity improve the living conditions of the Neighborhood. C.D.B.G. funds were secured by collaborating with Seminole County Government –Commissioner. Using this information to formulate a plan we were able to serve as President of the South Seminole Association for Progress, Inc. Please note: I was not a resident of this community but my relatives were and later I was a property owner. As President, we were able to transform this Neighborhood into a beautiful Comm-Unity with Sewer, Sidewalks, Street Lights, Paved Streets, Remodeled /New Homes and, New Comm-Unity Center Lillie Green Center. Crime was drastically reduced especially the drug activity. I am most recently the former Vice President and Board Member of The South Seminole Community Association for Progress, Inc. Presently, we are collaborating with the same government agencies to hopefully provide programs in the historic Rosenwall School. Seminole County Board of Commission is negotiating to hopefully purchase the property/building from the Seminole County District School Board at the time of this writing on the behalf of our community as a stakeholder. One of the main issue I encountered within the community were a few individuals who did not think in the best interest of the community but in the interest of themselves. They personally work in the best interest of the establishment Government Entity to eliminate the established Historical Black Community. This type of Cultural individual attempts to gain support to eliminate Black Ownership through gentrification. Another tool used is Reverse Mortgages that attempts to eliminate family member’s owning property due to reselling at a High Market Value. We continue to consult with other identified individuals to use this information effectively to build community self-esteem in various areas of Florida. Education is the key component for a successful return on our investment (time, talent, resources, visions and gifts).

HISTORY will only be told when we write it based on life experiences and factual information! HFBII. When others tell our History, they alter the facts to make it their story and it is now becomes His-story. The so-called Culture His-story Book is written on the premise to deceive by intentionally changing the facts to keep a people submissive, control their destiny, omit education and it is full of Lies. Lies are Alternative Facts as it appears to this writer that former President Trump #45 says! Liars love adulterated conversations. Proverb 17:4. Satan is the father of lies and the devil motivates men to lie. John 8:44.

A few listed names of an indigenous people are African Americans, African, Afrikan, Black, Brown, Colored, Hebrew, Indian and Negro or People of Color who are inherently and historically ordained by God as a people of Spirituality. Please note that when I refer to Blacks, we are known as People of Color. Religion that was created by man separated the human race is a derivative of Spirituality that was taken from the motherland. Spirituality divides the strong from the weak. Yeshua/Jesus tells us in order for us to enter the Kingdom of God we must not place our treasures in the things of the earth. We must not focus on materialistic gain. As of this day 2023 our ancestors in Africa/Afrika continue to understand this valuable principal of abundant living but people continue to attempt to steal the land covered with precious metals, jewels the land of Milk and Honey under the guise of Religion.

I have come to the realization at this rightful age, one may have hardships through trials and tribulations like Job, one may have serious health challenges, one may work hard in their rightful way to build a legacy and if another person fails to understand the principals of Spirituality, give them the shirt off of your back. Trust God and He will restore you 1000 fold in His unique way at His rightful time. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. Materials are like dollars or stocks, vapors in the wind. Here today and gone today. Professor Kaba Hiawatha Kamene wrote on the cover of his book, Spirituality Before Religion Spirituality is Unseen Science…Science is Seen Spirituality. I agree with his writings and it helped me to reach my resolve. I know him also as Dr. Booker T. Coleman and his writings and DVD’s has inspired me to dig deeper for a better understanding. This is a must read book.

When you have lost everything to your name, when you have surrendered everything in His name, when you wanted to give up on your assignment, when you have asked Him for the forgiveness of your mistakes, then and only then
