Michael is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He currently works as a paraeducator with the MCPS school system in Bethesda, Md, where he assists students with their educational and lifestyle needs. Michael is also a CPT at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md. Here he designs many training programs to fit a wide variety of profiles (recreational, therapeutic, special education and sports specific). He is thoroughly committed to the strength and motivational aspects of training.Michael enjoys watching and participating in sports. He is well-versed in the manly art of boxing and has a brown belt in Tae Kwan Do. He loves reading and watching inspirational movies. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and resides now in Gaithersburg, MD.
