33 Mystic Notes - Seyed Kourosh Mirtaghi
In the name of the Creator of Love and Hope
It would be an honour to provide deep from my heart a few words toward true self-recognition. Although we are all seekers, they might be useful for the honest seekers of the Self and the Truth.
English is not my mother language and I still prefer using my own words and vocabulary rather than recruiting a linguistic for the purpose of bookman art.
It might not appear to be polished and professional; it nevertheless fulfills its function as a means of communication.
Moving from personality toward individuality and the self is certainly the basic step for man to be performed. Since it has been a very long time since social rules to be written and applied, even thinking about it might not be possible.
Transcending the fear is the key, my friend…
The same as entering a dance-scene for the first time; if you are enough present and aware, all the hindrances declaring their existence to you through the mind will disappear immediately.
Fear, embarrassment, ridicule, failure, and it will show up. Beside all ideas having point of view to consider, yet your body is intelligent enough to manage and enjoy the dance alone.
Once the dance is started all the rest will begin to melt down and when observing the body, one will note the intelligence, indeed man literally observe the body and notice the separation of the observer and the body, the dancing.
And by watching the self closely, you will be surprised, how skilfully the body manages the situation without trying to and what techniques are being performed naturally in coping with the self and surrounding, that you were not aware of indeed…
And if watching attentively, one will note certain distance between certain parts of true self, namely the body, the persona, the emotions and the observer and by time relations among them. In the well-formed personality of contemporary man, only a trace of these relations is present.
"The secret of eternity; neither you know nor do I;
The solution to life's enigma; neither you know nor do I;
Beneath the Veil stand the dialog of you and I;
Removing the Veil, neither you remain nor do I."
Omar Khayyam,
To find one’s unique and inherent divine design urges continuous striving, which in contemporary time viewing, it appears to go against the stream at the first glance. It has been always so.
But by looking with an honest eye, one will certainly find the righteous.
Honesty is the secret…
That is a mystery since it is the only way to touch the reality; yet it has been forgotten long time ago. People are mostly engaged on the surface.
The journey toward the absolute requires a determined man, my friend...
Within this attractive world, man and his bag of ideas, wisdoms, philosophies, and his temptations and desires toward flowers and fruits surrounding him within this garden, hidden from the eyes and attention, there is a path deep down in this garden.
This unique path is to be lived and experienced by man and to gain knowledge. The farther one goes in the path, the emptier it becomes, the higher presence.
This extraordinary and mysterious path is as close as breathing to oneself, yet inaccessible to routine sensations.
"A blind man in a dark summer night, just after midnight, passing in a small alley in his town, while carrying Lantern; in this very dark night he was noticed by a passer-by who by chance knew him.
"How are you, my friend? what is the gain of carrying light to you? The passerby asked him.
The blind man answered him:
This light is for those who think they see, yet are unable to see!
Unless all the attractions and temptations accessible to man drop off, he would not be able to note farther beyond his close vicinity.
The unhooking requires to be in a real sense and sincere, to expand man’s vision.
And by tasting the Truth, the adventure begins. That is the activating point. The hardness is to let go from all flowers and fruits seduction and notice the road, my friend...
That is how the seeker is engendered.
Everything is transient but the Essence. Seeker therefore gradually comprehends the individuality aspect of the essence, and he realises that he is a passer because he persistently remembers himself, and yet, he is the only one able to help himself.
‘Awareness of momentum’ is the essence of this passage. Lasting attachments, cause a journey to slow down and eventually end. The destination itself is of no interest to the Seeker.
For Seeker, possession is not worthful enough to slow down the journey.
Man requires to develop and strengthen in all
