Gail Villanueva has over five decades of experience in the real estate  profession. Gail continues actively investing in real estate and real  estate notes and has made it a priority to help others succeed. Her  focus is on investing in performing notes, seller carry-back notes,  partial notes investing, and creative financing techniques. She  developed unique marketing and selling strategies and techniques,  became a multi-million dollar real estate producer, and continues  to be a very successful real estate investor. She found her niche in  rehabbing homes and holding rental properties for cash flow and  continues that today.

Whether it was mentoring new employees during her time working  for NASA (Just the coolest job in the universe!) or helping others  embark on a prosperous real estate career, she has given her all to  guide others to be successful too!
