Anita is the Managing Director of Advanced Finance Solutions (mortgage brokers) so her personal experiences and that of her clients have given her a wealth of information which she loves to share with potential home buyers.She is also proud to be one of the published authors in the best-selling books: Ignite Your Investment Property Mojo; The Path to Success (which is full of inspirational stories from entrepreneurs around the world, including Dr Wayne Dyer (deceased), Brian Tracy, Arielle Ford, and Sandy Forster); and Sprout the Life You Love which is a compilation book full of tales and secrets from female entrepreneurs including Rhonda Britten and Poppy King.Anita holds a Diploma in Mortgage Broking, Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, Certificate IV in Financial Services, Diploma in Financial Planning, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management. Anita is passionate about helping Australians achieve the dream of owning their own homes.Anita lives on the Gold Coast with her son, Blake, and two dogs, Lola and Kash. Casper was always the Advanced Finance Solutions office dog that held a special place in Anita’s heart and that of her clients. Casper used to come to the office with Anita daily and helped a lot of nervous clients feel more at ease.
