On today’s podcast I had Rubi Tinoco on. Rubi is a house flipper out of Charleston, South Carolina! She did over a million dollars last year, and she has a really cool story about coming up. She actually bought a $50,000 coaching program which she did not have the money for! It’s cool to hear why she took that risk and how she got her husband on board with supporting her on that risk. After that, she obviously became very successful in real estate investing.
