This book will take us on a journey to look at some of the Weapons of Victory that God has supernaturally given us to overcome. These weapons are activated through our faith of looking to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! He has supernaturally provided weapons or instruments that we can utilize to enforce victory every day and in every area of our lives. Nothing is left undone! The finished work of the cross is speaking! The power of Jesus’ resurrection is speaking! We have been placed in a glorious and victorious position!

The Weapons of Victory we will discuss are:

You can triumph and be victorious in every area of your life! We are to enforce our victory (the finished work of the cross), which was given to us through Jesus Christ! We already have it; with the above-listed Weapons of Victory, we are aggressively enforcing our victorious outcome! We are not allowing these weapons to lie dormant! Sickness, disease, poverty, lack, oppression, trauma, depression, and low self-esteem are defeated through looking at the Victorious One, Jesus Christ! His Name is above all of the plots of hell that are designed and assigned to destroy you. Jesus had already revealed Satan’s plan in John 10:10, but He also revealed what His awesome plan was for us as well. Let’s look at John 10:10 (NKJV), "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. Notice that the very first name that Jesus calls Satan in this passage is a thief." A thief is a thief only if he takes something from you. If you don’t have it, then he cannot take it. The only way that he is categorized as a thief is that you had something and he took it, which now positions him as a thief. You see, Jesus has already given you life and life more abundantly! He has already healed you! He has already prospered you! He has already delivered you! So what is the problem? We have a defeated trespassing thief that tries to steal our victory through deception and a lack of knowledge! We are to put our faith and dependency in Jesus to achieve breakthroughs, signs, wonders, and miracles. Our faith has to be completely in Christ!

We are dealing with a supernatural enemy, yet a defeated enemy. It takes supernatural means of enforcement to force the enemy to stay in his defeated state. These Weapons of Victory are supernatural weapons that will enforce and stir up the victory that we have already received in Jesus Christ! We must know who we are in Christ Jesus and that we are positioned to win every time. Our identity is in Jesus, and the Word of God declares that just as Jesus is in heaven, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17, Ephesians 2:6)! We as believers are not normal; we are not just mediocre; we are not just existing! We are so much more in Christ Jesus! Jesus came to restore everything that the devil had stolen from us every since Genesis 3 (the fall of man). There is so much that is working for us than against us (2 Kings 6:16, Romans 8:31)! As we take the journey and gain wisdom and revelational knowledge of who we are in Christ Jesus, we will learn how to use every Weapon of Victory that Christ has given us. The ball is in our court! We are not downtrodden and defeated. We are the victors! We are redeemed, and our victory will arise!

Introduction

Did you know that we win! Yes, we win every time! Are you interested in waking up every day a winner? We are greater than we can ever imagine in Christ Jesus! Jesus has made us winners and victors! You see, the word victory means "the act of defeating an enemy or opponent in battle."¹ Jesus has already defeated the devil from the perfect, finished work of the cross. What the Word of God tells us in Colossians 2:14–15 (TPT) tells it all…

He canceled out every legal violation we had on our record and the old arrest warrant that stood to indict us. He erased it all—our sins, our stained soul—he deleted it all and they cannot be retrieved! Everything we once were in Adam has been placed onto his cross and nailed permanently there as a public display of cancellation.

Then Jesus made a public spectacle of all the powers and principalities of darkness, stripping away from them every weapon and all their spiritual authority and power to accuse us. And by the power of the cross, Jesus led them around as prisoners in a procession of triumph. He was not their prisoner; they were his!

Victory was ours at that very moment, and no matter how your situation may look right now, victory remains yours.

There was a young lady that I once knew who had big dreams, but it seemed as if she took one step forward, something would come up that caused her to put her dreams on hold, and behold, she was back to square one. She dreamed of owning her own home, her own vehicle, and her own business, but she just couldn’t move into the things that she hoped for. She knew that God had promised them to her, but life was really dictating her outcome, and she started expecting things not to work out because life had trained her that you can only go this far and no more. Instead of owning her home, she was homeless, living in a hotel for a year. Instead of owning her own vehicle, she was sometimes walking: she and her husband had to share one vehicle together. Instead of a booming business, she experienced failed contracts and lost clients, which resulted in no income. In spite of all the mountains, failures, defeats, and disappointments that she encountered, to my surprise this young lady didn’t give up and would not surrender to the harassment and torment of her situations and challenges! Through all the challenges that she faced, she learned one thing that would change her life forever, and that was to keep Jesus and the power of the cross before her. She learned how to let go and allow the finished work of the cross to take over her situation. She learned that she did not have to defend herself and force an outcome for herself! That Jesus was her finished, winning outcome! She also learned valuable lessons on victory! She discovered that through everything that she went through, that victory
