s we begin this journey, let us take a moment and consider habits. You know, those acquired behavior patterns that become involuntary. We all have them and often don’t recognize their habitualness. Take a moment and think about your current habits, or even consider former habits that you have ceased to continue. Take inventory of whether you find (or found) them exciting. After consideration, you discover that what you envision will fall into two categories:
(1) things that make you better, or
(2) things that make you worse.
There is also the possibility you are considering adopting some new habits in your life. Depending on where you are in your life and where you desire to be, there may be a need for some new behaviors to adopt and adapt to. Even now, you might ask, What exactly are new habits?
Well, let’s consider when people say that we must include greens in our diet each day. Not only is it about the benefits of vegetables, but it is also about the habit, the genuine concerted effort, of living a better and healthier lifestyle. We all understand the need to inculcate good habits. Habits are a part of life, absolutely. They must, however, bring positive change and growth into our lives.
