When people ask me what I do, I tell them I write. Most people say things like, I’ve always wanted to write a book. Now that we have that out of the way, allow me to walk you through my process of how to write a book.

Determine what you want to write about. Then align the logical part of your brain, the emotional part of your heart, and the spiritual part of your being. Once in alignment, start writing. You are intentionally engaging in the practice of the come to myself, a shift in consciousness approach. There are times when the expression come to myself serves a purpose.

Then picture yourself at the book signing event where you are scheduled to sign your first book as an author. Now stop! Can you feel the shift in your consciousness, the joy, the satisfaction that comes with it all? Or maybe you have no interest in writing at all, which is perfectly OK as well. If you have an idea, a way of expressing yourself, a mentality, etc., you should share it with the world.

What I know of people is limited compared to the full breadth and width of who they truly are. I am honored and favored, to use an old biblical phrase, when such a person as Wenefer, opens her heart and shares the essence of who she is in such a way that for me, to simply picture her face, my Spirit lights up. You might say it takes a Source of Light to behold another beacon that just won’t stay under that bushel for once we receive our Inner God-Guidance, we can do nothing more than respond and move into action.
