Jack sat at the bar, nursing his vodka tonic and watching the people come and go. A group of rowdy guys on one side, a couple giggling on the other, but no one interesting caught his eye. Until he saw him.
Dylan walked in like he owned the place, leather jacket and scruffy beard. His eyes were piercing and his lips held a smirk that sent shivers down Jack's spine. He was a walking danger sign, but Jack couldn't help but be drawn to him.
Their eyes met across the room, and Dylan made his way over to Jack. Drink alone?
he asked, leaning against the bar next to him.
Jack cleared his throat, trying to keep his composure. Uh, no. Just waiting for someone.
Dylan raised an eyebrow. Someone special?
Jack shook his head. Just a friend. And you?
Dylan smirked again. No one in particular. Just looking for some trouble.
Jack's heart raced as they chatted, exchanging flirty banter and heated glances. He couldn't believe he was actually talking to Dylan, the notorious bad boy of the town.
As the night went on, their conversation became more intense. They each sucked down more drinks, and their inhibitions lowered. When Dylan suggested they take a walk outside, Jack didn't hesitate to follow him.
