Ever since the ‘For Sale’ notice had been taken down, Astrid had waited curiously for the day she would get new neighbours. That day had come.

As she was getting ready for her lunch date with friends, she peered inquisitively from her bedroom window as a removal van pulled up. Several men jumped out and began unloading.

One rather attractive man seemed to be giving out instructions, and Astrid deemed him to be her new neighbour.

So far, there were no females on the scene. This was of interest to Astrid, who would be the first to confess she was still looking for her ‘Mr Right’. In the looks department, this man fitted the bill.

Astrid taught pottery at the local college, and her friends Jenny and Donna were keen pupils. They always met up for lunch before the class began.
