Note
New stories, new writers
Time just flew by for me last month. Last month was a super busy month.
I've been spending much time writing my book and focusing on myself.
This month I really want to focus on slowing down. By this I mean, taking time for yourself. Life moves at such a fast pace that it seems to pass us by before we can really enjoy it. Slowing down means taking time to eat breakfast in the morning, or reading your favorite book with no distractions.
Slowing down means going for long walks and enjoying the outdoors.
Slowing down is a conscious choice, and not always an easy one, but it leads to a greater appreciation for life and a greater level of happiness.
