Introduction

This book is in its 3nd Edition and almost an entirely different book in itself. To increase the efficiency of this book chapters have been added, removed, and expanded. The new edition focuses more on the role of crystals in astral projection and time travel-leaving its uses in healing to another book. I believe the reader will welcome the new additions.

The method used in this book to achieve astral projection is entirely new and different from most techniques that you will find today. It relies less on pain staking hours of meditation and preparation-this book lets the crystal do all the work.  My method seeks to prevent the usual complications that occur during normal astral projections. You learn to project directly to your chosen destination bypassing complications of exiting the physical body. All the techniques used in this book seek to strip away the mystery, complications, and stress commonly associated with astral projection. Although nothing is ever a100% guaranteed, I don’t believe you can find an easier method today than this one.

What is astral projection?

Astral projection is the transference of one’s consciousness from the physical body to other spiritual bodies. It is the consciousness that transfers from one body to the next. This tells us that man has more than one body at his disposal, and astral projection is at least possible. It is important that you understand this concept and use it as fuel to drive your projections. Faith is important in the study of astral projection because until you experience a projection: faith is all you have to go on.

Applying our knowledge of astral projection to actually achieving it is the next logical step. It should be understood that projections are achieved by use of one’s will- forced or overly stressful techniques actually act as a block. The easiest projections occur in a relaxed environment, at the onset of sleep, using a nonintrusive suggestion and technique. In my research, this has proven to be true over-and-over again.

Understanding the difference between astral projections and lucid dreaming

Lucid dreaming shares a very special connection to astral projection. In fact, its connection is so close that most use lucid dreaming to trigger full blown astral projections. You might ask me, how could lucid dreaming lead to astral projection? To answer this question, I must first explain what happens during lucid dreams.

Before I begin to explain the actual phenomenon of lucid dreaming, I need my readers to understand that any terms used are generic. There is no way of knowing the name, if one exists, of realms and planes in the spirit world. To help rectify this, those who write and teach on these subjects use names that are generally agreed on in order to attempt to describe the particular plane, or dimension in question.
