Cotton Smokes - Stefan A. Schoellmann
Book Dedicated To:
Everyone and anyone that has had to pass through a manhole: the guys in pod C4 Killona, USA. Considering the situation, those tolerant not only to each other but also my personality; the deputies who have a challenging job considering the mélange of internal and external behaviors, not to mention their own; film producers, seekers of understanding and compassion; behaviorists; all Presidential and Congressional Libraries. And finally also much thanks to Derrick and the group who has fought with me on Freedom from Covert Harassment & Surveillance (FFCHS). [Note: now PACTS: People Against Covert Torture and Surveillance]
Book Not Dedicated To:
Epigones, neocons, neophytes, teenagers and their oligarchic parents, those who do not seek to understand root causality and learn how to adapt accordingly. Pop culture: if you do not have the patience to understand, you should have never accepted the bait of life in a shoe box culture.
Prologue
This book needs to be written for numerous reasons. It’s based on real events that I personally experienced. It is motivated for my own reasons also to give clarity to others who continue to walk through life perhaps not understanding root oncological social cause
and associated behaviors. Hopefully others can gain an inspiration on what exactly is going on in the United States its various communities and can find value from reading this report.
I intentionally chose the word oncological as opposed to ontological although both words apply. I believe there exists a pathological jingoistic gene
in this culture whose root cause needs to be carefully excised not unlike a surgeon operating on a patient. In fact, it is my contention that failure to do so could cause the same insane social behaviors to repeat or compound in continued waves of indifference at the expense of many people’s lives.
I believe this book to be one of many others yet unpublished and to-be-published in different media formats until the root shank is resolved and redeemed.
Maybe this book will change history if studied and read in context of present day society. Without doubt, instead of twenty-six days the title could easily be transmuted to twenty-six years or even 260 years. Once the cover on this manhole is lifted as to what really wants to happen versus what happened some of the readers in the general population will come to realize that maybe we are in a massive denial not unlike a Seven Stages of AA Recovery of a fifty year baby boomer binge.

Preface
Between 1992 and 1998 and in fact my entire life travel has been a large part of my existence. Not just down the street
but also across the United States and Europe, even as a teenager. My parents did not discourage such behaviors and thus it became not uncommon for me to spend many hours on airplanes, trains, buses and so forth. In fact as a child I was frequently brought along with my father to fly small private aircraft and thus getting around
from point A to B, very early on was never much a challenge and something taken for granted as part of my life.
I spent a good amount of time traveling across the entire North America. Specifically at one time on contract as a consultant working with Xerox Corporation, during the period from 1994-5, I successfully navigated hundreds of appointments literally thousands of miles apart. I was always on the time and on the mark: by automobile, train, rental car, and of course many types of commercial aircraft.
In 1998 also having been a member of the World Trade Center Association Network, at one point I independently reasoned and concluded that commercial aircraft could be used as a destructive weapon. As an ordinary act I several times attempted to alert intelligence circles by US postal mail and in person Washington, DC 1998 that such a tragedy was imminent.
Of course we now know from our current history that the New York, Washington, DC 911 Terrorism
on the September 11, the year 2001 was a horrific event which the entire World witnessed. And yet these are the events that continued to compound as a DENIAL of other persons that continue to tidal wave to the genesis of this publication. Unfortunately, I have been paying the price ever since for owning correct behaviors.
And so it happened that in the summer of 2002 I was investigated criminally by the United States Department of Defense in Gaithersburg, Maryland. And even so they were civil in their approach the error correction
continued to compound against my favor.
In the summer of 2004 I was arrested by point of stun gun from a private home in residence in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana while in petition for a civil quorum with a team of local legislature legal representatives.
In late summer, although I was in town from Atlanta, Katrina struck with Earth’s vengeance and even so I volunteered incessantly, not only to save myself, even six days after the tragedy I was harassed frequently by authority via cell phone.
On October 5th, 2007 I was violently arrested by a Homeland security SWAT operation and this time thrown into a Louisiana Manhole
a state prison for twenty six days: the St. Charles Coleman Correctional Center [SCCC] in Killona, Louisiana.
