Introduction

This book is written for the victims actually experiencing REAL targeting. Although the focus here is on Government inspired police state or Organized Targeting aka Gang Stalking as you will see – it is All the basic blueprint. It also contains information that will be useful to anyone experiencing any type of organized targeting. I wrote it based on my revised first edition of Circle of Snakes which was based on concepts and excerpts from my first book Sin Thesis. All of this book however is about targeting and how to END it. The goal of these latter books is to give anyone a reference for ending this insidious activity. I didn’t just suddenly wake up one day and decide to write about targeting, I wrote it because I lived it - it happened to me

Now, beside what I finally did to solve my problems with organized targeting, I have included condensed versions of the ideas that I used against these criminals and my results at the end of this book. I don’t endorse any of you using any of this because you have to decide for yourself what you feel comfortable with doing or not. I am not an attorney so let me make that clear, I am an author and a victim of targeting first - telling my TRUE story about some of what happened to me along with some helpful insight. You may decide to use none of it or do nothing at all and that’s OK. I lived with it for a long time and only acted the way I felt I had to when I was backed into a corner.

Due to the many questions and letters I still receive via email I am writing this version and may continue with future update editions. So after reading this entire edition I encourage you to submit any of your own yet unanswered questions. If you are reading this, please buy it. Do not duplicate it or share it because I would like to remain in this human and civil rights battle with you. I for one believe that no one is powerless but there is strength in numbers. We must work together as a united force as we are dealing with much more now than ever before or when I first began to write.

After writing my book Circle of Snakes based off my article series about some of the things that happened to me and what I did about it. I got so many emails and letters about this subject I just couldn’t reply to them all. I knew that I would have to write a revised edition of the book to answer everyone. Mainly because many of the people don’t know how to use the information from the book. It really is all very straight forward but it takes a lot of guts to fight for civil rights which may be your own rights. One of the biggest problems is interpretation. The book was not an instruction manual per say, in the literal word for word sense as much as it was about generating ideas. So fear of doing anything is also a problem. Many people are settled into an acceptance of their plight and many seem like they’re settled into being pushed down - not making waves. Doing things the same or not doing anything is also a choice… But much is the same because reporting these crimes doesn’t change from a hundred years ago. A stolen car is still reported as a stolen car and targeting is still targeting. Methods and weapons may change, but assault is still reported as assault whether it’s physical, chemical or electronic… When it’s a group of people organized it’s a CONSPIRACY!

I first want you to know that my writing is for the average target which in my opinion was someone very much like myself with differences of course but I wasn’t the deep-state target which many claim to be these days. And they are the ones actually usually involved in the government or working for them. And the government on that level is the deep-state. Meaning they are entrenched and may have been working with them or for them for many years.

I was the victim of the shadow government or the police-state. A regular citizen that for some reason must be controlled - that really is most of us - Everyone!  It seems that everyone must be controlled in this current version of the police state passing for freedom. It is not meant to be literal police, although it could be - it is a metaphor for a controlled (population) state.

The idea is that I went through mental trauma and I believed that others may be going through the exact same thing. Now with a new book it leads to a whole different set of problems. My story was never fully explained! Yes it’s true that everything I say happened in Circle of Snakes happened. The arrests and all happened exactly like I told you but I had to leave a lot out. After reading so many of you I realize how different we all are. Our stories often have many of the same things in common but each of us is a little unique mostly because we think differently. I kept thinking why me? And I was being for real. But now listening to you guys I have to wonder why you?

Like I tell you the story at the beginning of both books about me noticing things in my teens that seemed off. Like I was being treated different and like with the story of the fatal car accident, some of the stuff just didn’t make sense. I guess they figure to a young person they don’t have to try as hard and so it began.

Chapter 1

How it ALL Began

My story started in New Haven, CT which for me was the gang stalking capitol of the US. Yes - it’s a small city but I believe that the northeast has an extremely high concentration of these stalker types: A microcosm if you will. The density of the population doesn’t help along with the willingness to conform. Nosiness is also a huge problem up here with everyone wanting to know everyone else’s business. But now I can see just from the past couple years since I wrote the first book it has intensified. They seem to be embedded in all of our online lives as well. Also what I believe to be a lot of old school secret society Satan worship going on up here. New Haven is the home of Yale and the infamous Skull and Bones. Evil just seems to permeate the atmosphere around here. The entire country seems to be getting worse and flooding with pretenders or collaborators for the state. And at the same time the state is moving more toward totalitarianism and away from individual freedoms.

The story I’m telling is very strange but also very true and I’m sure there are probably much stranger ones. All our stories are different and if I was an international spy then I’m sure my story might be off the charts. In reality most TIs or other stalking victims aren’t international spies. Most are just average people targeted like me for one reason or another or who got caught up in this by being chosen randomly in a system gone haywire. For me, I was young, naive and socially conscientious. I wrote some things that got a little attention and was too young to realize that there are things people don’t want said. I believe it was at that point I was on the radar of my government. Writing about world injustice I think is how I got caught up in all this nonsense. Human and civil rights is a very touchy subject to many and has always been to world governments.

As I was going through this, I also believed that there was nothing legally I could do until near the end when it got too intense. At that point I had no choice but to do something - anything. What I did after a lot of thought got me results. Now it is beyond important that I tell others going through this about what I did so that they can try to do it too. This isn’t going to work for everyone unless you are truly a victim of organized stalking or targeting and are truly committed to ending it intelligently. This is a self-help mission so it is only a tool. You are the most important part in achieving the right results. And
