Chapter 1 Before The Beginning

I have a limited understanding of cultures and ideas. Sometimes, I may explain ideas with terms that have already been established. I intend to expand our understanding of existence.

I realize there may be substantial risk in my attempt to explain these ideas. It may attach connotations of ideas to myself that are not representative of me as a person. I find this to be a problem any time I talk about similar topics, as well. In all honesty, I have been plagued with most of these ideas for a while now. I hope that I can let go of these ideas. I think I would be much better off without these things on my mind. My attachment to these ideas has caused me many problems. Now I can let go of these ideas.

Chapter 2 The Beginning

Not all experiences are best described with words. Often, there are many key details to a situation or scenario that on first glance or even through careful analysis, may not be noticed. Sometimes details as such, allow understanding of the events that may have transpired. And, without proper context and understanding of the relevant cultural, behavioral, and societal structural patterns it may be difficult to discern the motive or intent of actions of individuals in history.

Ideas can often be conceptualized by relating the individual ideas to similar other ideas. In scale the ideas: react, learn, grow, and evolve are very similar. Action and reaction as observed in nature may appear simple to understand, but through careful analysis often complex processes are present.

Beginning with the logical starting point of on and off or yes and no designated ( I , O ) or ( 1 , 0 ). Action reaction and related processes may occur. This is close to the starting point of the concept of idea. It is relevant to develop the understanding of the possibilities and potential of what an idea may be.

This writing contains a collection of my ideas, memories, experiences and some researched references to history. I am writing this book, so that these ideas may be shared with other people. I think it is possible that some of these ideas are significant. I do not know if other people will see significance in this collection of ideas. And, this is a reason I want to share this with people, because I think that some people will find value and significance in the words I have written. Further, I would like to add my ideas to the breadth of knowledge people have already attained, to further our understanding of existence.

In fairness, I should mention the possibility that I am wrong about these ideas. This is one of the main reasons I would like other people to consider these ideas. Either, ideas will have their veracity confirmed or dismissed with the appropriate scrutiny.

It is my belief that there is a point in existence that may not be readily perceived by a consciousness. It may be that there were particular pre-cursors of ideas that must have occurred or otherwise existed in the development of a consciousness or the idea of a higher consciousness of existence. Logically, there must be some energy that exists for things to happen and the occurrence of a particular process must occur to allow life. What is that particular process? This original energy before consciousness is the root of the energy that is life(???). A consciousness of existence must have existed before multiple individual consciousnesses could form. For sake of understanding the term consciousness can be viewed as synonymous with soul. And some, probably most matter has some soul energy. A consciousness that is self-aware may have the ability to learn. And a soul that is aware of the process of learning may realize the goal of learning at an increased rate and guiding the development of thought.

In terms of a body associated with consciousness (soul) (This could be any grouping of matter with enough Soul energy. E.g. a rock, a tree, an ant, a whale, an elephant, a walrus, a chimpanzee, a human, the planet earth; Gaia.) Grow is a process that may have existed before a consciousness became a body with a soul, and became self aware of itself. As, there may be similarities in the process of the development of the body to be and the process of the development of the soul to be associated with it.

The awareness of the ability to grow can allow a soul to develop and guide the process of growth, as it occurs.

Over a large scale of time, the awareness of the ability to influence the way a body may grow consistently through multiple generations may demonstrate the process of evolution.

I remember some of my past lives. Some of the experiences I remember are more vivid than others. I know that I cannot remember all of my past lives with clarity. Although, I do recollect some experiences of existence between the times I have been alive on Earth. And, I have had many experiences in this life that also inspire me to write this, as well.

Chapter 3 Project Monarch

When I was a young child, a person representing the United States Government told me that I was part of Project Monarch. I did not know what Project Monarch was... Shortly after this... The people were talking about Project MK Ultra. They said Project Monarch is like Project MK Ultra, except Project Monarch is worse. Again, I did not know what Project MK Ultra was either... But, it did sound sinister. The response I received from my pleas for understanding was that I did not need to know about Project MK Ultra because I was not part of it. I was told, I was assured, it was ok... You are part of Project Monarch. I asked, What is Project Monarch? The response I received was ...worse than Project MK Ultra."

Project Monarch is controversial. Presently, there are few accepted sources regarding Project Monarch. After World War II, the world began to put the pieces back together after Nazi Germany was defeated. The Office of Strategic Services (OSS), which was part of the United States Government Executive Branch, had a program Operation Paperclip. The Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA) conducted Operation Paperclip; Operation Paperclip brought Nazi Scientists to the United States after the defeat of Nazi Germany. It is claimed that a potential reasoning for Operation Paperclip was to not allow the Soviet Union to have access to or the privy of the knowledge of the Nazi Scientists. This does hold some merit, but the story as read in history alludes to a more ominous motive.

Although the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency started recruiting German Scientists, after the European Allied Victory, May 8th, 1945. Not until, August of 1945 did President Harry Truman authorize the execution of Operation Paperclip. President Harry Truman expressed that the persons recruited shall not have been a member of the Nazi Party, and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active supporter of Nazi Militarism.

The Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency, found a way around President Harry Truman’s expressed requirements of the execution of Operation Paperclip, as well as circumventing the Allied Potsdam and Yalta Agreements. The Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency created false employment and political biographies for the Nazi scientists. And, expunged from public record the Nazi Party memberships and régime affiliations of the scientists. The new persona for each scientist was able to pass security clearance in the United States.

The name Operation Paperclip is derived from the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency paper clipping false biographical information to the personnel records of the previously Nazi Scientists. The operation was named for this reason, and it seems its purpose follows the same.

What the previously Nazi Scientists, were hired to do by the United States Government is still of much question. How would it be a good idea to bring Nazi Scientists to the United States in Operation Paperclip and employ them? It is suggested the reason for the Nazi Scientists to be in the United States of America is to not allow the Soviet Union to access such valuable information from the Nazi Scientists. And, to increase our level of technology by gaining access to information about possible innovations or inventions or ideas possessed by the Nazi Scientists. It is suggested that some benefit to our level of technology may occur from employing the former Nazi Scientists. This seems to be reasonable. However, if the Nazi Scientists have an impact on our society, will we be impacted negatively? It ought be useful to know something about these individuals perhaps that is reasoning for completely falsifying their records.

A question in my mind is what is a Nazi Scientist? What is so special about a Nazi Scientist? What sorts of technologies did the Nazi Scientists explore, study, and develop that other scientists would not have. And, how would the Nazi Technologies have been useful?
