The Shadow Government

ROGUE COVERT GOVERNMENT CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE

Since retiring in 1979 as the Senior Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Los Angeles Division, I have investigated and exposed corruption at all levels of government, city, county, state, and federal. This includes the CIA child kidnapping and international trafficking organization, with Shadow Government ties and involvement, known as The Finders. This case is the most outrageous of all my discoveries. The Finders were exposed by US Customs and the Washington D. C. Metro Police Department. Their evidence was reported several years later by US News & World Report, 12/27/93. The FBI refuses to investigate this. My sources tell me that children who were kidnapped off the streets by the Finders are auctioned off for up to $50,000 each. I have also exposed illegal narcotics activity and other criminal acts that have been covered up at various levels by government officials and their hirelings for years. Top former National Security Agency Agent (Operative and Analyst) Noel Benoist was, and is, familiar with these activities. When he complained to those in power and told them two wrongs do not make a right, they told him, These people are going to do their thing no matter what we do so we might as well make them pay and get our side profits from it. This was one of the incidents that showed Noel, who joined to serve God and Country, whom he was really working for.

I have exposed the Shadow Government, whose roots are the Illuminati, which is a secret Satanic organization described in more detail later in the book. I have also investigated and identified Satanists and Satanic Cult activity throughout the United States. My work was sanctioned (approved and in accordance with authorized procedures) as undercover work!

When Noel found out he was working for this anti-American faction, he left his position with MJ-12. He is the only Top Operative and Analyst that I know of who ever got out without retiring or being killed. He started blowing the whistle in 1970 enduring all forms of libel and slander.

The NSA, attempting to weaken Benoist’s testimony against them, they have altered his service records. This is the smear part of smear and fear tactics. The shadow government also uses this and more. The fear part of their tactics is to get people to be afraid to associate with a person or what the person is saying.

Hereafter I will refer to this rogue group of people as the Shadow Government, representing the Illuminati and participating 33rd-Degree Masons some of whom prefer to be called Luciferians. In 1783 the Masons’ World Congress voted to merge with the Illuminati. NOTE: Most Masons, CIA, FBI, military, and government employees are loyal Americans. The Shadow Government has placed its people into the seats of power, and others are often ordered to commit crimes and/or cover them up. They are told that their actions and representations are approved and sanctioned. This is so the participant can be controlled or blackmailed in the future.

When our forefathers wrote the US Constitution, they established the Judiciary, Legislative, and Executive branches of the Federal government. They did not realize there would eventually be a fourth branch: an unlawful, and illegal secret branch of the government. My friend and contributor to this report, Noel Benoist, worked for this new branch operating inside the National Security Agency’s Inner Sanctum as it has been referred to by Intel Agents. Operations of the Judiciary, Executive, and Legislative branches are overt and legal based on the US Constitution and laws passed by the US Congress.

On the other hand, the covert Shadow Government is involved in extensive criminal activity throughout the world including murder (assassinations also known as threat eliminations), trafficking in illegal narcotics, kidnapped children, and illegal arms while committing other criminal activities as well.

The activities of the Shadow Government are covered up and protected from exposure by the misuse of shibboleths or catchwords like in the interest of National Security and need to know. This is explained in more detail later in this report. The secret group, Illuminati, operates within the Legislative, Executive, and Judiciary branches and, to an extent, has accomplished control of the military Department Of Defense and our Intelligence Communities. This gives them ultimate power in normal government affairs and for the eventual use of martial law as well.

Individuals involved in the Shadow Government are members of, and/or are influenced by, Illuminati leadership and doctrine. Their immoral spirits are the motivation for those who are Satanic followers and their degenerate peers. Practicing evil is their religion. They are motivated by profit, power, and greed. Some are motivated by fear and would provide great testimony IF they were assured of safety and shielded against prosecution and blackmail — tactics commonly used by the Shadow Government.

Illuminati are sophisticated Satanists involving people from all levels of society who have infiltrated every level of America, particularly large corporations with media and U. S. intelligence agencies being prime targets. Informants say, and events indicate, they have successfully infiltrated various levels and agencies of the government, the US Senate, the US Congress, and the White House. It is my professional opinion that this is true.

Most government employees are not aware of these criminal activities because they only see a small part of what is being performed by the Shadow Government. Their assignments are compartmentalized so only ranking members of the Shadow Government know the whole picture. This is normally the twelve members of Majestic Twelve MJ-12 (See Chapter 3), their direct replacement protégées, and a few trusted protégées in training. This illegal and criminal covert group aka the Shadow Government operates all around the unsuspecting and within the authorized overt government. Very few people have the capability required to analyze and see the Big Picture the same way my friend Noel Benoist and I have been trained. Our training and experience gave us everything that is required. The Shadow Government is active 24 hours a day, every day of the year throughout America and in many parts of the world.

I have received numerous phone calls and reports that the Shadow Government has, and continues to, target and harass thousands of American victims that are law-abiding citizens. The volume of reports and caliber of people making the reports came to my attention, and I started to investigate. A network of victims who collaborate with me have reached the same conclusion based on (l) their firsthand experiences, (2) the unbelievable numbers of victims, and (3) the extent and intensity of the harassment. Those of us who are targets are monitored through the internet; cyber terrorism involving computers; electronic energy beams that are handheld, mobile-mounted, and from a satellite; illegal telephone taps; cable TV monitoring capabilities; surreptitious entries into the home and automobile; hidden cameras and recording devices in our homes and offices; fixed and moving surveillance; mail theft and tampering; and threatening phone calls. Someone, probably NSA has repeatedly attempted to place pornography and porn links on my website and they have shut it down from time to time. [As of the date of this book revision, Ted Gunderson’s Domain Name (tedgunderson.net) is in use by an entirely different entity. It is currently unknown where the material that was there has gone and who among his heir(s) may have let the registration lapse.]

Noel Benoist has experienced tampering with his website and suffered other harassment. I have had similar experiences, harassment, and attempts on my life that are covered more thoroughly later in this report. (See Chapter 6: Harassment Proves Scope and Scale). The details show that the scope and scale is FAR TOO LARGE to indicate any group other than NSA and the Shadow Government as being the perpetrators. Noel Benoist informed me that NSA is MJ-12-controlled (See Chapter 3 titled Majestic 12) to understand how they control all other intelligence agencies while maintaining deniability and cover.

This makes perfect sense. When the FBI and CIA got in trouble for putting LSD in the food and drinks of people targeted for mind control experimentation during the 1950s to 1970s, they said they were following orders from NSA. The investigation was killed "In the interest of National Security." NSA and MJ-12 are the ONLY groups with MOTIVE (prevent exposure of internal crimes committed and discovery of the people involved so the one-world-government mission can be completed), MEANS (off-the-books finances, equipment, overt and covert manpower, mobility, knowledge, and skills required), AND OPPORTUNITY (unquestioned authority that cannot be approached for examination, with members and puppets all over the world ready to obey their orders 24/7). The information from Noel Benoist ties together a lot of loose ends in Chapter 3.

Attacks and harassment against me and my character have been continuous since 1980 when I exposed an Army/CIA drug operation at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Ft. Bragg operation involved the Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald triple murder of his wife and two daughters on 2/17/1970. This is covered in more detail in the harassment section. The harassment is far too extensive and broad-based for operation and control to be in the hands of a private enterprise. Noel Benoist and every agent whistleblower I know have suffered the same tactics and illegal harassment with threats and attempts on their respective lives. Private enterprise goals are to achieve financial gain. In these cases, there is no financial gain for the perpetrators.

The illegal operations require millions of dollars in financing and an enormous amount of manpower and equipment with no return on their investment. Only the government Black Ops operation can afford such an expensive and extensive ongoing program. (This is covered more extensively in the Harassment section of this report.) Administrators of the Black Ops programs are strategically located in the highest echelons inside US intelligence agencies operating covertly. These individuals direct and administer the Black Ops programs and operations.
