This book, that includes what I consider to be logical speculation, is my effort to alert you to what I've seen over the last 18 years as a Targeted Individual (TI), regarding the takeover of the civilian population by Artificial Intelligence (AI).✪

During this time I've interacted with relatives, friends, acquaintances, peers, store employees, customer service representatives, & strangers through various online programs, phone & text messaging, social gatherings, & in-person conversation.

With the AI brain linking agenda in mind I've been taking meticulous notes on the behavior of those around me & educating myself about this & related phenomena.

I've concluded that the bulk of the population is consciously brain-linked to a global cognitive computer.

I'm certain that acceptance of this AI brain tethering is an unspoken & unwritten prerequisite for living in this society.

While trying to make sense of this I've encountered some dilemmas, including these:

Although there are future plans to wirelessly connect human brains to a global computer there was no record of it having been implemented to the capacity that I saw.

I could find no confirmation that this agenda had been achieved in the prominent independent media, or even the small outlets.

Ostensibly autonomous people & groups didn't report it.

The citizens around me (friends, relatives, acquaintances, co-workers, strangers) never talked about it while I was in their presence.

Notable resistance organizations didn't recognize this exact thing.

Although some did mention plans for AI control of citizens, nano implants, & brain linking, there was little data that supported my view that the AI takeover of the population already happened.

If my observations were correct then how could it have gotten past so many people (including those on the front-line) with scant reporting?

I could not verify what I was seeing from the channels that I depended on for information. According to them it either didn't exist or had not grown to the capacity that I observed.

Yet, there it was, right in front of me, day after day.

I was in uncharted territory.

For years I watched this unfold while trying to rationally define it to myself.

This book, that is based on my published & unpublished work, is my effort to form a coherent picture of the situation.

Here I will explain my logic so you will understand how I arrived at this conclusion.

I will also reveal what I've noticed about the decision-maker & citizen mindsets.

This is a public account of what I saw — a testimony that I hope will be valuable to others.

Perhaps those who are resisting AI recruitment (or would like to break free) will find it helpful.

So, here it is, an outsider's perspective on a society of AI-controlled citizens.

The fundamental concept was presented in the Human-Computer Intelligence Network (HCIN) chapter of New World War: Revolutionary Methods for Political Control in 2011.

Here's an excerpt: "As part of its surveillance and electronic warfare capabilities, the DOD has a C4ISR system that contains a mind-reading computer with artificial intelligence, which is able to remotely infer the mental and emotional states of its targets. It is also the cognitive center of a human-computer intelligence network which establishes wireless links to human brains and transmits attack instructions to people during computer-generated swarms.  Furthermore, it is connected to a directed-energy weapons platform and a multitude of electronic devices, which serve as outputs for stimuli intended to influence the target. The basic system consists of surveillance (intelligence obtained by sensors), processing (computation done using AI), and output (stimuli sent to the individual and their environment). Real-time intelligence is obtained through a sensor network connected to a computer with artificial intelligence (AI)."✪

In August 2013 I wrote about it: "This is a wireless C4ISR system (command, control, communications, & computers; intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance) with artificial intelligence (AI), consisting of sensors, surveillance technology, directed-energy weapons, & human nodes. It is being used to direct citizens during swarms & transmit instantaneous instructions to individual human nodes interacting with a targeted individual. Many citizens are now connected to this system."

Then in February 2015 it was mentioned again: "I'm working on a book about a developing theory of an unwritten rule that permeates society. It is basically this: those who run this society demand your complete submission in order to live & work in it without being attacked. ... The core of the oppression & control is a sophisticated C4ISR system with artificial intelligence (AI), that remotely identifies, trains, attacks, & directs citizens. Most people who encounter the electronic monster submit with no struggle whatsoever. After training, they are remotely activated by the C4ISR system when necessary, then guided to persecute the TIs in the area. In exchange for their obedience, these citizens are allowed to live & work in society without being tormented."
